Even though it is advertised as very user friendly, that was not my experience at all. I found it very difficult to navigate, not only within an app, but also from app to app. And it was terribly slow. From actually powering on to moving from one channel to the next as well as moving between apps, it was very stressful. I understand it is a low end tv, but when I returned it, I bought a Samsung with basically the same specs and for the same price that did not have any of these issues. That being said, it was easy to setup and picture quality was good. It was super easy to work with Best Buy for the return and purchase of another tv.

The color options are just a little off (I'm not an expert and I'm not sure the best way to describe it), especially when trying to watch sports. I can't seem to find a good setting. Not too heavy though, and easy enough to hang on a wall, I did it solo.

After dealing with those other TVs, I didn't have high hopes but this definitely proved me wrong! I love this TV so much but my wife loves it even more because she never lets me use it lol

That was a great TV, and after asking numerous questions and looking at other options with the salesman, I decided to go with the 55" LG and with the LG soundbar and subwoofer. The picture is super clear and the sound is amazing with the sound system. Highly recommend!
