Great tv, pictures wuality was great and easy to set up

The tv picture quality is beautiful and the sound is good. The OS is cool and easy to use. I've had to restart the OS system a couple times because it wouldnt connect to wifi. Other than that it is a great tv.

The tv is amazing. We actually used it for my stepmom in a facility. Unfortunately they have business cable (xfinity) which is pretty bad unless you switch to the HD channels. Then the picture is much better. Her old tv needed a soundbar and she doesn't need one for this.

After checking out different brands of tv’s . I finally decided and bought this one.I am very pleased with the results. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. The process of ordering and setting up a delivery day was flawless. I was in the store on Saturday and on Monday it was brought out. The only flaw was when they brought it out to set it up it had a cracked screen it wasn’t noticeable until you turned it on and there were scratches on the back. The gentleman who had brought it out took care of the situation right away. He left with the tv and came back with the replacement within an hour of taking it back to the store. Now I am pleased and very happy with my purchase. There were no hassles with the exchange. I have always bought from Best Buy and this was the first time anything like that happened. I was so grateful that there was no hassle.

This smart TV allowed us the ability to cancel our cable subscription. We now use YouTube TV instead and it’s saving us about $150/month. Also has a very clear picture. Still need to use the sound bar to be able to hear everything.

I got an open box with remote missing in. But when I called the customer service, they provide me the new remote same day. I like the TV ultimate picture quality. Totally value for money.

Great TV picture for the budget! I was deciding between this one and a budget TCL. When i saw them side by side.. this one blew it away in colors. Blacks were nice and dark. Looks great in the kids bedroom!

Purchased this TV as an upgrade for my mom. This TV has all the bells and whistles at a comfortable price point. It was a little larger than we thought, so we had to purchase a new stand. We had to play around with the settings to get the picture just right.

Very nice shows a beautiful picture easy to set up

Beautiful picture, several sound profiles to choose from. It’s nice that the smart tv portion works with so many different apps. However, I’m not crazy about the fact that every time the TV is shut off, it reverts back to smart features page every time. If there’s a setting to change this, I can’t find it.

Excellent value for the money. Great picture. The remote has buttons for direct access to the most popular streaming services,bwhich saves a lot of time fumbling through menus. Would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a good TV at a reasonable price.
