I got this for my Mom who did not need anything too complicated which this was perfect for . The remote is simply to understand and the picture quality is pretty good

Great deal, great size, but the UI is a bit laggy and choppy.

For the price it is a great tv. great sound and picture, works well with all my devices, smart home, all the movie and music apps etc..

I love LG TV's. I've own 3 and no problem at all. The picture is bright and vivid. The sound is awesome. My first LG TV I bought a sound bar, thinking i needed one. Well, dont waste youur money the TV audio output really is great. The fact that this is a smart TV also is a big plus! I'm a fan of LG TV's.

We were in desperate need of a new tv. The picture quality and the sound is a whole new world. For the price we got it for absolutely not disappointed at all. Its so slim that we fit it in the back seat of our car.

The Item I purchased was great, but the installer didn’t really know what he was doing. He couldn’t get the router to turn on. Also, I had to mount the TV myself, after paying $200 to have Best Buy do the job for me… after the installer left, I started to look at the router closer, and it had a power button on the back, which was hard to see, but he should have known since he was being paid to do the job. The TV rack I had on my other 55 inch (LG TV) Wouldn’t match up exactly with the holes on the new 55 inch LG TV, so the installer just left it sitting on my table on the TV legs. He said sorry, but I have to get to Weaverville now.

Great TV for the price, i’ve always had Sony and Samsung and never really considered the LG so definitely recommend it! LG is one of the pioneers in the television industry. There’s definitely better models with higher refresh rates and a better picture

All is well except the remote buttons are way too small and the whole TV system drops WiFi frequently where all other TV’s and systems have no issues with WiFi dropping. Its only 30 ft from router

Bought this TV for my elderly mother. Very easy to use and she loves it.

I am very happy with the TV. It has a great picture and is very bright sound quality is very well also.

I have never tried LG as a brand for TVs but I can clearly say they have a new customer. TV and picture quality is just amazing only problem is sometimes volume can be really low even though it's set at a high volume definitely recommend though

Bought this to replace a 49 inch Hisense from 5 years ago. Absolutely love the picture quality. Very vibrant and great upgrade for the price. Also love the screen saver family pictures with the Google app.

This is a fabulous TV. Great picture and sound quality. The price from Best Buy was amazing too. The Total Tech installation etc. was an outstanding deal, and I highly recommend that it be purchased as well. I definitely recommend this product to everyone.

TV has a great picture and sound is good, even for though I am a little hard of hearing. It's not too complicated, which is nice. I do wish LG would make a little larger remote for us older folks to be able to see the buttons without our reading glasses!

I’ve had this tv for about one month and it is great! I had a Samsung previously but it only lasted 6 years. This set’s operating system is much more responsive and less confused. The picture is great the colors are perfect

Sucha great quality TV. I bought this one and a 65" sony from best buy and this one has a hands down better picture for tv and gaming. I may return my sony and get another LG lol

It's a great picture after it focuses when I change channels. It takes about 10 seconds. It advertised with voice control but that's another feature which is not there. Other than that I'm very pleased with the TV.
