    Web OS (operating system) is pretty slow and it takes the TV a while to load things, switch apps, return home etc. I also didn't realize certain TVs/operating systems dont allow certain apps to run (spectrum app for example) which was frustrating to learn after buying the tv. It's an alright tv picture wise and I am hoping it lasts a while.

    The new tv replaces a ten year old Samsung 55". This is qquite a bit nicer picture and the sound is much better.
