Good image, but the backlight bleeds

The quality of the image is nice. The biggest drawback is the backlight bleeding through. Whenever the image goes dark, you can see the edges light up like a bunch of flashlights trying to poke through

The sound is ok. Some apps are very slow to load specifically MAX. To get a better connection I have to unplug the tv power and let it reboot.

I found this item to be user friendly in terms of one LG remote allowing us to do all we need to do. Not having to switch to a roku or firestick remote could sometimes be a hassle but this is a great purchase for those looking to purchase a smart TV
