    We had a new Insignia that was having issues only 5 months. We asked the Best Buy technician that came to our home to run diagnostics on our Insignia what TV brand they recommended that had the least issues, they said they get the least amount of service calls for LG tvs. Now we know why. This LG tv is horrible. It's slow and laggy, It takes multiple seconds to register a button has been clicked. The USA app is not available on LG tvs. We experienced a video quality issue within days while using Apple TV. When we reached out to Best Buy to exchange the TV back for an Insignia they said that is not possible. That we must exchange for an LG through the LG warranty within the 1st year. However, we were able to exchange our brand new Insignia TV for an LG TV within the first 6 months. Not a single representative has been able to explain why. Now we are stuck with a terrible tv and fighting with Best Buy to get an Insignia back.

    The LG Tv replaced a Toshiba set that lasted but 5 years This turned out to be not, just a good thing "but" a GREAT THING . The upgrade to a device UHD is "SPECTACULAR " .

    Love this TV.....makes me so happy. i have been looking for a LG for years and finally pulled the trigger to purchase this one. It's met all our needs and then some. So glad I have this TV

    I’m very impressed with the quality of this TV. In the past all I bought was Samsung TVs until my last one developed lines and dark screen. LG TVs are going to be my go to.

    Beautiful Display, great color accuracy. I use this with my Apple TV and gaming PC. I have experienced no issues.

    The staff member I worked with was very helpful with choosing a television. He recommended the best brand to last the longest which I was willing to go a bit out of budget for and found an amazing TV with great quality.

    Great TV for my daughter’s room, we also got the sound system that goes with it, so everything works perfectly, had Geek Squad to do all the work for us. Win win

    Honestly way bettter deal than I could’ve imagined . Low price for a huge tv and payments that are sooo flexible. It was an awesome deal and great customer service.

    It takes 15 seconds for the tv to respond to what I press on remote. Sometimes even longer.

    Awesome to fill a space in living room, bedroom, kitchen etc. Some dark scenes are hard to see the detail but for the price its great.
