We asked the Best Buy technician that came to our home to run diagnostics on our Insignia what TV brand they recommended that had the least issues, they said they get the least amount of service calls for LG tvs. Now we know why. This LG tv is horrible. It's slow and laggy, It takes multiple seconds to register a button has been clicked. The USA app is not available on LG tvs. We experienced a video quality issue within days while using Apple TV. When we reached out to Best Buy to exchange the TV back for an Insignia they said that is not possible. That we must exchange for an LG through the LG warranty within the 1st year. However, we were able to exchange our brand new Insignia TV for an LG TV within the first 6 months. Not a single representative has been able to explain why. Now we are stuck with a terrible tv and fighting with Best Buy to get an Insignia back.

The upgrade to a device UHD is "SPECTACULAR " .

In the past all I bought was Samsung TVs until my last one developed lines and dark screen. LG TVs are going to be my go to.

He recommended the best brand to last the longest which I was willing to go a bit out of budget for and found an amazing TV with great quality.
