Let me start with saying I would recommend this tv but only for the basic user's. You will not see great picture like other brands. I purchased this tv for a samsung replacement which died after 4 years and I probably prefer a 4 year old samsung over this Lg. The hdmi inputs are somewhat off also. You have to switch inputs from the remote and sometimes that doesn't work. With my old samsung I could just cast from my phone.The sound clarity is better than the samsung but thats about it.

The delivery was perfect; they called me a day in advance to confirm and arrived on time. The TV arrived in perfect condition, and the quality was excellent.

The Geek Squad agent who mounted the TV was excellent. He was bery effienct and made should that all my apps worked. This is why i buy my products at Best Buy.

Not only is the picture resolution better; the frame rate and streaming signal is immaculate. I would recommend this TV fully to anyone who likes gaming and streams a lot of TV.!!!

Fantastic Online Best Buy Associate

I worked with a fantastic associate on the Best Buy chat line and she arrange everything me, including the delivery of the TV. This way I only had to watch TV on my iPad for 3 days.

Good TV, poor remote

It is small with too many small buttons. We have a 2019 LG TV that came with a "Magic Remote" which is much easier to use. I ended up ordering a Magic Remote for this TV although I had to call customer service to find out which remote to order.
