LG is not well thought out life is not good

However, the ad says the purchase comes with 3 free months of Apple TV+. After not receiving any kind of information on Apple TV+, I web chatted with someone from Best Buy who was unable to help me. I then spent over 25 minutes on the phone with a rep, and she kept saying she was "looking my order up". She had already told me what I purchased, so she is looking my order up? I finally told her to forget it, it's not worth the time I'm putting into to get the 3 months free.

I specifically told the store associate I wanted a voice activated 55" tv. She sold me this LG. Did not mention that I would need to buy a separate Magic Remote, or Headset. Will not this TV's controler will not work with my LG sound bar. I have been chatting with LG for hours trying to resolve.. ready to take this back to the store.
