I specifically told the store associate I wanted a voice activated 55" tv. She sold me this LG. Did not mention that I would need to buy a separate Magic Remote, or Headset. Will not this TV's controler will not work with my LG sound bar. I have been chatting with LG for hours trying to resolve.. ready to take this back to the store.

I should have returned it after the first week. Even the Geek Squad guy had problems getting it to log into my network. That has only worsened. Second, the communication between the remote and the TV's response is very sluggish, no matter what the function. Third, the remote itself is just plain weird in terms of what buttons it has and how they interact for whatever function you want to do. Poorly designed. Unless my unit is just an anomaly, I recommend staying away from this model. I am replacing this with another brand that is coming next week.

Very slow at turning on/off, changing between apps, etc… color quality is great though. Sound could be much better. Have to turn it up to 60/100 to hear half the shows. picks up a lot of sun glare also.
