It takes the apps and lines all the content up like cable channels. Only prob is that the processors is a little slow , so load ups are slower....

Customer support non existent. Picture quality no different than my 10 year old tv. At least I don’t see much of a change. It’s too late to return. Only plus side is it links with soundbar and you can adjust volume for tv and soundbar at the same time.

I purchad a 'magic' remote to access these features . The magic remote did not work. There is a setting in my tv to set up AI sound , stupid since my tv will not work with a magic remote. Very confusing. The remote that came with tv is hard to use, so many buttons close together. Best Buy ad said tv was 2023 model, it is not.
