never used it because it is damaged.when we called they said a new one would be available in a few weeks. went to the store and found out they dont have any and they arent making them anymore.

Didn't review the product first wished we did. If you mean or accidently bump the knobs the stove will light or let gas out. LG sent a service tech that wasn't helpful. Now waiting to see if they return to fix it

HORRIBLE product after this stow was replaced twice from the dents and strong orders of gas we decided to purchase a different model.

We loved the look of this stove with the light, bright blue interior and the thought of having a convect bake oven as well. The display works great. The stove also works well, but the 30 inch range does not allow enough room to use more than two pots at the same time. The middle burner is relatively useless, except for pancakes- buy another griddle-not the one that comes with it. We returned this stove because the new heating design in the back burns food. Anything facing the back of the oven burns. Service tech said there is no fix for it and that all LG appliances with this feature need to be babysat and food turned frequently. Who has time for that? How about fix the design flaw? The LG rep said they would not purchase one, nor would the repair man. Neither will we...on to the next one.

We purchased this stove in May of 2017. We did a bit if research and this one had the best reviews. And my wife liked it a lot. So here we are 3 yrs later and , “ knock on wood”, it’s still working great.

I used an electric range for years. When ours died I really wanted to get a gas range. I did my research on them and found that the LG gas ranges where highly recommended. Best Buy had the best price and where able to get the range delivered right away. Thanksgiving was a week away and I had the range for Thanksgiving which was perfect since I was the one making the pies. The stove is perfect and easy to use. The oven is spot on. Bakes everything perfectly. Very happy with my purchase

When our old range died, we searched around and settled on this one at Best Buy. The price and financing were very good and they installed it quickly. My wife really loves this range, it cooks quickly and evenly and it's easy to use.

Best Buy should also stop selling LG ranges. I bought an LRG3085ST in April of 2015. Hideous purchase as Geek Squad was out here all the time trying to repair the error codes. After a year, I gave up and requested a replacement so we negotiated the refund and I bought another LG because my frig and M/W are LG and work fine. They delivered LRG4115ST on May 6, 2016. I started having the same issues with this model also, and only requested Geek Squad repair once since it was evident I would just have to put up with this. It is 6/20/19 and now the range does not fire up unless I light a top burner and the oven does not heat to the temperature requested. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with an appliance and customer service has been horrible this time since the one year has expired. It's a crap piece of appliance and I will never buy anything LG again, nor will I shop at Best Buy since they sold both of these to me. And I have bought a lot from Best Buy over the years.
