Q: Is the griddle pan removable? What BTU is the burner underneath the grill pan if it is indeed removable?

A: Yes the griddle is removable, We store it in the warming drawer when not in use. The center oval burner is 10,000 BTU.

Q: What are the dimensions of the oven floor? Can you use an oven mat inside this oven to catch spills?

A: Although the dimensions for the oven floor in the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Range with ProBake Convection™, EasyClean® and Warming Drawer, Model # LRG4115ST are not specified, they should be the same as those for the Oven Interior Dimensions (in) (W x H x D): 24 7/8” x 21 3/8” x 20" with the only difference being that of the height since we are referring to the oven floor. The owner's manual cautions not to use oven liner or protective coating of any kind in or around any part of the oven and to never block any slots, holes or passages in the oven bottom or cover an entire rack with materials such as aluminum foil. Doing so blocks air flow through the oven and may cause carbon monoxide poisoning. Aluminum foil linings may trap heat, causing a fire hazard...^IFV

Q: Can you convert to propane?

A: The owner's manual gives directions on how to convert to propane, so the answer to your question is' yes'.

Q: Is the center 5th burner oval or round?

A: The fifth burner is a long oval, in order to heat the optional griddle evenly.

Q: With propane stove/oven: can you light burner and/or oven with lighter as we could YEARS ago? Thanks.

A: In case of a power failure, you can light the gas surface burners on the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Range with ProBake Convection in Stainless Steel, Model # LRG4115ST with a match. Surface burners in use when an electrical power failure occurs will continue to operate normally. ^CP

Q: Can the grates be safely cleaned in the dishwasher?

A: The grates on the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Range with ProBake Convection in Stainless Steel, Model # LRG4115ST are dishwasher safe. They should be washed regularly and after spillovers in hot, soapy water and cleaned with clean water. After cleaning the grates, you will need to let them dry completely before securely positioning them over the burners. ^CP

Q: Is a vent hood required for this?

A: Hi Karm. A vent hood is not a requirement for the LG 6.3 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning Freestanding Gas ProBake Convection, Model # LRG4115ST. Most residential building codes do not require a range hood above a stove or cooktop, but you'd be wise to ensure your locale is not the exception. Even if it's not legally required, you might want to consider one. Range hoods are designed to collect airborne grease, moisture and cooking odors so if you cook much at all, it may be worth considering. A ducted hood actually moves the polluted air to the outside, getting rid of all forms of air pollution caused by cooking. Fresh air is drawn in from the outside, keeping the kitchen air clean, and preventing cooking odors and even grease particles from spreading throughout the house — especially all over your kitchen cabinets...^IFV

Q: From other sites, this model shows to not be self cleaning but rather easy clean, can you please clarify? LRG4115ST

A: This particular model has both options. I have this model and LRG4111ST. LRG4111ST only as the easy clean option and no lock on the door.
