    Old dog, new trick.

    This is a beautiful appliance. I've cooked with gas all my life, but I installed solar recently and wanted to convert all my appliances to electric. It's a steep learning curve for a 70 year old bachelor, but I'm having fun trying! I do wish you delivered, as I had to drive 400 miles round trip to buy this stove.

    Disapointing quality, recurring problems

    Absolutely diappointed with this stove. We bought it because of the good review. It have nice features, but it is always defective. We had the technician four times during the warranty period. Now the warranty is over, and still need him on a regular basis. Every appointement is sheduled weeks later, which is very annoying. (imagine 2 weeks without oven. Among the CON of this oven: - Automatic cleaning burn the fuse, every time... , unless you move the oven 3 feet from the wall, suggested by their own tehcnician (Gee, we are in 2019!!!) -The induction burners have an intricate inside panel, when one is defective 2 or 3 stop. They were supposed to be independant. -Everytime you open the panel, one of the button break. - And most of all, the service is horrible, from the long waiting time on the phone, to the unacceptable delay for the technician visit, to the technician fees... And ability. Please do yourself a favor, chose another range.

    Worst buying decision: warranty worth nothing

    Oven stopped working after running the self-clean cycle 7 weeks ago: the Geek squad have been out over 5 times replacing multiple parts, boards and sensors and still half the cooking functions are not functioning and those that are, are running 100F colder than the temp registered on the oven screen: have all but stopped using the stove top for fear that the device will overheat. Was unable to cook Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years dinners and had to purchase a separate countertop oven ($250) to prepare daily meals for my family. There doesn’t appear to be a resolution in sight: have been advised that Best Buy won’t replace the oven, regardless that it is still in warranty as it’s “not economically viable” and additional parts need to tested and further repairs undertaken. Perhaps the lesson to be learned here is we shouldn’t have bought a high end device with a warranty from what we thought was a trusted brand: will not make that mistake again!

    Control Panel Fail

    After 2.5 years, out of nowhere, the cooktop stopped working. It took 3 weeks and $500 to get it fixed. Get the extended warranty! Repair technicians report doing a lot of induction cooktop repairs (multiple brands). I spent a week back and forth arguing with LG and they finally covered parts, or it would have been >1K to fix.

    I was happy for 6 months...

    Then, after only minimal usage of more than 1 or 2 of the cooktop units, as in twice...the right side inverters just quit. Suddenly I had 2 burners that don't work and LG repair co cant get the parts. LG directly unable also after many calls.

    Hate this oven!

    This has to be the worst oven I have ever used. It is worse that the oven I used in my little cheap apartment when I was young. I just replaced my older range, with this one to match my new decor in the kitchen. I regret every buying it. I would like a refund, and look for a new one, but I didn't cook right aways when I got it, so now I am using it and I hate it. Just a warning. I am going to buy another one if my husband will let me. I couldn't be more disappointed!

    1st use damages top

    First use and the glass cooktop is now is showing ring through the induction spot/burner. I would have to imagine this is an issue with all the LG glass top stoves. That is pretty poor for a stove that cost as much as these do.

    Unreliable delivery

    I purchased this item online on Dec 30 with a 1 week estimated delivery time. Since then, the delivery has been scheduled, confirmed and then postponed 4 times with no explanation. Feb 7, I am still waiting to receive and have it installed. I am extremely disappointed and do not feel treated as a valuable customer. Unlikely to shop BestBuy again
