    The range is beautiful but I had to return it because the oven door is very heavy and I struggled to pull it open. I am 73 with arthritis in my hands and I found it extremely difficult to pull open the heavy oven door. When I went to the Dearborn store to select a range there were only two electric ranges in the entire store and the salesperson had to select one from the online site therefore not giving the opportunity to me to examine it. I quickly called the store for a return and replacement but the delivery persons refused to remove the range from my house because they said it would have to be forced through the kitchen door. The previous delivery persons who brought the stove to my home did not have any problems getting it through the door and thus I am a bit confused as to why it could be delivered to my home but not picked up. Since I have not used the range I cannot comment on it's effectiveness I can only say that it is beautiful
