A: THIS RUBBER FRAME IS NO GOOD WHATSOEVER ..I JUST GOT THE STOVE ..AND EVERY TIME I USE ONE OF THE BURNERS THIS GOOD FOR NOTHING RUBBER EITHER IT MELT OR IT GET DAMAGED FROM THE HEAT RADIATION CAUSING A LOUSY SMELL ..IT IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED IN ANY SPECICICATION ..MUST RETURN THIS STOVE

Love LG
Purchased this range as 1 of 4 appliances I replaced in my kitchen. I purchased LG because of the great reviews and consumer report ratings. Also because my daughter owns all LG and she loves them. I upgraded from a 20 year old electric coil burner to this smooth top with convection and air fry so the learning curve is still ongoing, but I absolutely love it so far. I was nervous about cleaning or scratching this glass top, but it cleans up nicely with the Weismann cooktop cleaner. You do have to be careful not to drag pots & pans on it, but I’m using my same old cookware & it does fine. The burners take getting used to and I’m still learning what works best. I love that it has a warming burner. The oven cooks great. The convection is awesome. And it has 2 different self clean. One for smaller messes that takes less time than the regular clean for really burnt on big messes. I still haven’t used the air fry yet so can’t comment on that, but this old Nana is loving her new stove.
