We installed the stove in our cabin in northern Wisconsin and so lots of different families will be using it. Not sure if the convection mode of the is working, but we’re not about to bring it back!!!

Very disappointed to find the racks covering coming off after little use. Couldn't figure out what was on on bottom of oven then saw metal shavings, so disappointed for the price paid. Space between racks is a lot, hard to pizza directly on rack.

I called them to replace refused. The grills where rusted even though I hand wash. The top stove gets easy scratch and the knob temp decal came off now the clock: oven temp screen is going out. Its 3 years old. It was 1200k My fridgedair stove was prerfect for 20 years!!! This is garbage

It cooks really good and the stainless steel looks very stylish. I don’t cook a lot but I seem to cook more now on my electric range. I also like the little musical sounds to let you know when the oven is ready at the temperature you set. So far so good this is my first Samsung appliance.
