Tried to troubleshoot from LG. But could barely understand her. Everyone is from the Phillipines. Have someone coming to look at my BRAND NEW stove next week. Will ask for a new one!! Not satisfied that I couldn’t even call the store. You cannot reach the store. You get an 800 number will NEVER buy from Best Buy again!! I bought from them before and said I would never.. and stupid me I tried. The BEST thing about BEST BUY is their sales person Annette B.. she is FABULOUS!! They are lucky to have her!!

The number settings on the knobs are so hard to see. The numbers are almost the color as the black stainless. Would not recommend unless the stove will be in bright lights
