    Brought the stove a month ago, the gasket is coming detached. Contacted the totaltech and LG unable to schedule a technician to fix the stove. No technician available to schedule.

    I WAITED 4 WEEKS TO GET DELIVERED ..FINALLY ARRIVED ..TO MY HORROR I DISCOVERED THERE IS A RUBBER FRAME AROUND THE ENTIRE COOK TOP SURFACE ..THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THIS RUBBER FRAME AND EACH ELECTRIC BURNER APPROX 2 INCH ..HAVE IT NOW TWO DAYS, ALREADY THIS RUBBER FRAME IS MELTED IN SEVERAL PLACES NEAR THE BURNER FROM THE HEAT RADIATION..THIS RUBBER FRAME NOT MENTIONED IN ANY SPECIFICATION ..MUST RETURN
