I wasn’t happy that I have to purchase the broiler pan and the Air Fryer insert separately, this was not cheap, they should have included them. Also you have to buy glass stove top cleaner to clean the top. If I had to buy over again, it would not have been this stove. I’m not a fan of glass tops, and now I’m reminded why.

The cook top is impossible to clean and keep clean. And I have a dead pixel in the display after only owning it for 2 years. Functions as it should but the quality just doesn't seem to be great. Seriously the cook top is horrible to try and clean

The original stove was damaged when it arrived, so we had were told we would receive a replacement. I still have to wait another week before I can get my stove. Customer service has been awful! No one will return my phone calls. I wish I would have paid the extra $300 at Lowe’s to bypass all of this!
