    The numbers on the stainless steel easily get wiped off. This happened after only two months of purchasing.

    Looks amazing but the app is not very functional-able. Have had several issues with the app so far

    The oven seems to work fine, but the owners manual on how to use the oven leaves a lot to be desired and is very poorly written.

    I hate this model for except the fact that it has really nice knobs! The power on these new ones are so weak! I had a older generation LG, w/ power boil and instantaneously the food/ soup would boil and cook! It looks like they took a step backwards! What a shame!

    Not a fan at all! Wish it could be returned. The stove top scratched by just barely scooting pot, the air fryer is a joke, and the “fingerprint proof” finish is clearly not that. Wish I kept my old stove that only had two burners working!

      For stovetop scratches, use cookware with smooth bottoms and clean with a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner. More tips are available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zISJLRrFX5Y.

      Regarding the air fryer, check the cooking settings to ensure correct temperature and time, and feel free to experiment.

    The stove top is horrible. Its so hard to keep clean. Even boiled water that runs iver is hard to clean up. Don't buy, hard to keep stove top clean.

    After replacing a Samsung range after just 9 years we decided to try a LG product. Less than a year later the range failed on all aspects. Burners won’t turn on. Stove won’t heat up. Perfectly timed right around the holidays.

    I was very careful not to scratch the glass top. But try as I may there are permanent scratches where my soup pot sat on the hot burner And No amount of cleaning it removed the scratches. Also On air fry the fan only blows for 10 seconds per minute. Which doesn't make any sense for air frying.

    It would have been a negative number The stove is less than 2 years old range top burner quit working. Best Buy will not do anything about it and LG will not do anything about the

    I’m not a fan of this stove. I’ve owned several electric stoves and have never had a problem where you can’t get it clean. It’s like it’s burned/etched into the surface. My less than 30 day old stove looks 30 years old. I was duped by all the bells and whistles. Aside from that it takes a long time to boil water. There is a quick boil feature on one of the eyelets but that feature should be on all of them. The one burns as fast as any eyelet on my former stove .

    This stove is very poorly designed especially for an LG appliance. Takes forever to preheat takes forever to heat up would not recommend

    The worst experience . The delivery was dine after 2.4 weeks after several calls and attempts of delivery. All was done incorrect . Finally all got done but the aggravation !

    A year and 21 days after purchase the front heating element is broken. Replacement part is 230 dollars online. Very nice range just not durable. I will not buy LG again. My mother's samsung is still going after 3 years and she cooks way much more than I do. LG you have left me with a very sour taste. I feel like it was timed for warranty to expire.
