Cheap steel and not entirely finger print proof!

The fingerprint proof is just the handles and knobs and was very misleading. Made of low quality steel and dents easy. Not worth $1000!

Burners not working already - Bad Quality Overall

Writing and marking on the panel/knobs faded within first few months. Also, the glass top is very hard to clean and developed white marks in it with the first few uses.

A flame came out of the electric stove

Nice range, could use a few improvements

The stove top is your average glass top cooking; I was disappointed that the front right burner crapped out within the first two weeks of use. Fortunately, LG sent a repairman in a timely manner and he replaced it. We have the black stainless, which is very nice looking… but it is difficult to see the print surrounding the burner knobs and other function buttons, even with the mounted microwave light on. Once you know where they are it’s not a huge ordeal but hubs mentions this when he uses it.

Hard to keep clean

That is my biggest regret about it. My stove is central in the kitchen and my guys always makes sandwiches and things on the top of the stove. It leaves a mess, even if they clean behind themselves (rarely) I like the way it cooks however.

Great Oven, Horrible Smart Skill

The convection feature is a nice addition at this price point. With all that said, the Alexa feature is nearly useless. To use it at this point in time, you have to push a "Remote Start" button on the control panel. This will automatically turn off after a period of time or you open the oven door. Which then makes the skill useless.

For the price it’s a bargain based on my previous experience with two other brands. My experience with LG has been far superior to its competitors in the same price range. Best Buy and the staff in the stores has always met my expectations.
