    Functionality is great, but I have 3 complaints: 1. Markings on the dials are too light. Almost impossible to see is dim light. 2: Touchpad buttons are also light and difficult to read. 3: I would like to see visible rings on the cook surface upon which to center pots and pans.

    Nightmare to keep clean

    This is a nice oven with good functionality. However, trying to keep the cook top clean is an absolute nightmare. I bought this as part of a package but will swap it out as soon as I am able. The ridged glass top picks up any spot from cooking and wont let go. After even simple things it looks awful.

    Worst oven I've ever owned.

    This is the most frustrating oven I have ever owned. The burners adjust themselves constantly, making stir frying impossible. The oven's convection and regular settings burn gingerbread on the edges, yet leaves the centers soupy. I plan to buy an old fashioned oven thermometer, but think even that won't help, because I imagine the oven also adjusts itself constantly, making any recommended cooking time impossible to follow. I did not purchase this oven myself; it came as part of a new townhouse we bought. In addition, the manufacturer states you can not use this stove for home canning. Apparently it can overheat/melt its own controls. I am wondering if long term cooking of any kind (think Thanksgiving) would do this type of damage.

    This is dangerous.

    After 4 years, it has gone possessed. It beeps sporadically, turns itself on, and turns the timer on. This is dangerous and thy breaker has to be turned off when we leave. I set it to preheat to 425, within minutes it said it was 997 degrees, then 50 then said it was at temp, then neck to 50 degrees. I'm probably going to be throwing this meal on the grill. A $1200 stove should last longer than this.

    DONT BUY WOULDNT BUY LG EVER AGAIN

    DON'T BUY THIS STOVE. Stove top doesnt come clean. LG DOESNT BACK UP. EVEN WITH EXTENDED WARRENTY!!!!! Have only had for 3 months. What a joke.

    Waiting on delivery

    I placed an order for this item in July and in August they delayed my delivery to September. I’m now three days from that date and the delivery has been pushed back to October. I’m super disappointed at the lack of transparency from Best Buy with this order. I don’t trust that if I wait until October that I will have a stove.

    Dont purchase

    Stove lasted 2yrs heating element is out. Stove top set on 2 and feels like it heats up at 8. Oven takes 1.5hrs just yo cook fries for my kids. Never again.

    Don’t buy it

    The cooktop is awful - if you turn it to high it burns everything and won’t turn down the heat for a long time. I’ve had to turn it off and it still keeps high heat. If you turn it to low it doesn’t even work (very low temp which is too low for food safety). I wouldn’t buy again

    Burner shorted out

    Had this for about 3 yrs and the front burner has a short and can't be used. The air fryer option is not very useful, its more like just broiling.

    Clock segments broken

    After 3 years, three segments on the clock are not displaying. The bottom oven element is broken. The Air Fryer button does not work. I loved the range at first, way to soon.
