Wife noticed how quick the stovetop heats up. Note, aim higher on the temp when using the convection. The auto reduced feature causes food to take longer to cook

It's so nice to have more than 1 working burner and an oven that doesn't set off the smoke alarms! This is my dream oven and it is far nicer than anything I'll ever cook. Easy to use and I haven't had it long enough to truly experiment. I like the convection feature.
