Q: 2 questions, which oven is used most by you and how big of a turkey can fit in the oven?

A: I use them equally...if I'm baking in the bottom the top can keep other things warm & 25lbs or larger for Turkey...bottom oven has plenty of room & is wider then others...made Christmas cookies in record time this year...had 25lb Turkey in lower oven everything else in upper oven...works great for football game snacks

Q: I'm curious, is the griddle a non-stick surface or something else? Is it easy (1) or hard (10) to clean on a scale of 1 to 10? Does the griddle go in the dishwasher?

A: The Griddle that comes with the LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection®, EasyClean®, Model # LDG4313ST is a non-stick coated griddle...^IFV

Q: Do the oven racks have to be removed when using the self-clean feature?

A: Hi Gail- Yes, remove the racks for the self clean feature. Here's a caution straight from the manual: Do not leave food, broiler trays, cooking utensils, racks, etc. in the oven during the self clean cycle. • Do not use oven cleaners. No commercial oven cleaner or oven liner protective coating of any kind should be used in or around any part of the oven. Residue from oven cleaners will damage the inside of the oven when the self clean cycle is used. • Remove oven racks and other items from both upper and lower ovens before starting the self clean cycle. • Only clean the parts listed in this manual. • Do not manually clean the door gasket. The door gasket is necessary for a good seal. Care should be taken not to rub, damage or move the gasket. • If the self cleaning mode malfunctions, turn the range off and disconnect the power supply. Have it serviced by a qualified technician. • It is normal for parts of the oven to become hot during a Self Clean cycle. • Avoid touching the door, window or oven vent area during a Self Clean cycle.

Q: Can the burners be lit manually if the power is out?

A: You should not try to light the Bake and the Broil burners on the LG 6,9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection in Stainless Steel, Model # LDG4313ST during a power outage. The range has an electrical ignition system and cannot be used without power. However, in case of a power failure, you can light the gas surface burners on your range with a match. Surface burners in use when an electrical power failure occurs will continue to operate normally. Use extreme caution when lighting burners with a match. It can cause burns and other damage. ^CP

Q: In older reviews, I've read that the knobs for the burners turn too easily causing the burners to turn on unintentionally if bumped, sometimes releasing gas into the kitchen. Is this true? Has this flaw been addressed in more recent designs?

A: We got this stove in December, we have had no problem with this at all. The only gripe I have with it is that the two ovens are inconsistent with the temperature. The top oven seems cooler than what the temperature says and the bottom one seems hotter.

Q: Do you have to use convection option all the time, or can you cook without convection?

A: Yes, you can choose either option. Convection is only selectable on the bottom oven, not the top.
