I do like the stove but I am having trouble with shelves in oven being difficult. Also the bottom oven is very low to floor. Also it is difficult to judge the baking of pies and cookies. I rotate them but still seem to have burnt areas on the ends but not done in the middle???

I was forced to buy this double oven which I did not want when my prior stove was defective and I needed a replacement, This was the only one that was available that could be installed due to my adjacent cabinets, It could only be LG. I miss the storage drawer on the bottom for all of my cookie sheets.

Bought this range. Paid in full. Was on delivery the next week. On truck but flooding caused delay. Phone call to deliver next day. Waited all day until 9:00 PM. Called store, called Philippines, called Arizona, called the Midwest somewhere. Went to store to talk to manager, more or less passed the buck to someone higher who never got in touch. Got notification from B B to get new delivery. Did as told, but whoever was not very knowledgeable and knew nothing of the past correspondence. Informed there was no stock and we would have to wait until next year! This range was on the truck, who did they give it to??? Will never buy from B B again, and will make sure our friends do not either. No apologies, but did get our money back! Pretty sure you will be going the way Circuit City did! Joyce and Jeff Anderson

I had very high hopes for this oven purchased as part of a kitchen remodel. The temperatures in both ovens were very off from the beginning. No problems I thought there is an internal thermostat adjustment. (Only 30/35 degrees, old models used to be 50). We were able to get the upper oven to perform at temperature but it takes FOREVER to heat. (Like 30 minutes past when it beeps “ready”). The lower oven? After 5 repair visits with LG (where the tech was only interested in throwing parts at it not diagnosing) and escalation of my ticket to LG Presidential Support LG basically said “we can’t find the problem” and walked away, leaving my lower oven overheating by 50+ degrees and overcooking my bakes. I hired my own technician at my expense and he confirmed the overheating issue and tested the parts to no avail but confirmed the overheating. Was told “if this was a car you got a lemon”. I now have to maintain a cheat sheet of actual temperatures on a notepad just to use the main oven and not burn food. I obviously cannot use the features (convection, pizza etc) I paid for since they alter the temperature. Not the quality I expect from LG

The price of the stove was fantastic and the stove is amazing!

Seems to be functioning and responding properly. More to come based on greater use and performance over time.

Very quick heating on the upper unit due to the gas. It has lots of flexibility if you don't need a warmer or broiler.

Heat up fast, I Switched from electric something to get use to.

We love this oven but we starting get a p3 error right around the 1 yr anniversary. of buying it.
