    Poor oven temps

    The two ovens have not had proper temperature control. We have tried baking pies at the same time to test and the bottom one burnt and the top one was barely cooked. We called best buy and they referred me to LG. After 2 weeks we have still not received a call from a service technician.

    We liked the over at the beginning, but then found out an chip in the enamel and our food was always covered by blue dust. Moreover, the baking temperature was very uneven and unstable.

    Don’t waste your money

    Preheat indicator goes off in 3 minutes but no ways near correct temperature must preheat for 30 minutes to get to proper temp. Top oven is too small for anything other than a sheet pan because you have to keep rack on upper level otherwise bottom of pans (food) will burn. Easy clean does nothing barely gets warm. Other than that it’s a nice “looking” oven.

    Stove damage on install

    Stove was damaged during install. I understand accidents happen. I contacted the installation contractor and was told that a claim would be submitted. Have had no response. Very disappointing

    Product is great; Best Buy customer service is not

    My stove was delivered with a 4-5 inch scratch on the handle, deep enough to feel. Further, I was supposed to receive a non-scratch scouring pad which I did not. I called customer service, was on hold for 15 minutes and was disconnected. I emailed and spoke to the salesman who told me I had to speak with customer service. Customer service told me to get a pad at the store; salesperson says store doesn't have pads. Very disappointed in Best Buy. On the other hand, the stove works wonderfully.

    The range is fine, the installers were NOT! The 1st installers ( very kind and helpful) couldn't install because I needed a new gas shut off valve, so I had one installed. The 2nd installers were NOT kind or even civil. They didn't even want to talk to me as to what the problem was, they didn't want to install it, They wanted to leave.

    I’ve got the product, but try to install it and haul away the old one since Dec 29 there were 4 appointments ignored, nobody sowed up. I’m really disappointed. It is unacceptable

    Would not purchase this product

    Has not worked properly since the day it was delivered. Already had one service call, waiting on second. Top oven won’t heat above 350. Bottom oven does not maintain temperature. So unhappy with this purchase. Would like to return but of course, we are out of return window by waiting for service.

    Delivery guys AWFUL! Alex w attitud moment off truck & Jasar was lazy & didn’t want to pull out dishwasher to plug in new stove so what does he do, packs it all up & leave. NO clue what his deal was but I told him where he can “go” so he called me a btch.Even Alex was shocked. Lol

    Liked the look of the unit but found it to cook unevenly ; smaller oven would burn while larger oven left food soggy. Wouldn’t recommend ; returned and bought single oven with much better results !

    I haven’t received this and have been waiting for months. Finally got a delivery date took and day off from work and nobody showed. Called and said sorry no inventory will be a few more weeks. Terrible service!!

    Not much of a clearance. No returns . So spend alittle more and get warranty , set up and a much nicer appliance.

    The stop oven stayed locked up. Had to get it repaired. Once the warranty was over, I got stuck with this lemon. LG customer service is horrible.
