The tv has great color and sharp quality. I would have to say that the only thing that isn't good is that UHD isn't available on normal tv channels and you have no way of knowing if it's perfect. Also my sound bar doesn't work with the tv and lags behind it and I never had that problem with my other tea and doesn't even work at all when I plug it in to the tv so I'm forced to use an Xbox or cable box and it lags in sound. The good thing is that the sound from the tv bar is wonderful and in the front so you don't need a sound bar but I bought one last year in hopes that it would work with any tv.

Great TV! I can't believe how good iTunes HD movies look. The upscaling technology is really fantastic. Significant difference from my old 1080p plasma. 4k content on Netflix and YouTube is truly impressive as well. I was skeptical about buying a 4k TV with so little 4k content available. But trust me, the upscaling technology will make it worth the investment and will make you forget about native 4k content. Took me some time to calibrate the picture settings to get my optimal picture and no TV is perfect. But overall I'm a happy camper!

This TV is honestly great. The 4k resolution was awesome in store and I was worried that without 4k content really being available, it would be a waste to buy a 4k TV. I was wrong. Watching TV, Netflix, YouTube, everything looks so much better than my 1080p TV. It has a really good upscaler. Someone on here complained about the colors and darkening. If you go into the picture settings it's actually really easy to adjust the picture settings to calibrate it for your room. The sound on the TV was the best from any that I tested. And the only one with front facing sound, which is nice and loud. My favorite thing though has to be the operating system on it. So simple and easy to use. It's so easy to go back and fourth between apps like my phone does and don't know why all other TVs aren't like it. The only thing I don't like about the TV is the stand haha. But honestly this TV is amazing and I would not recommend spending more money for a Samsung or Sony. Get this one.

The 9500 series caught my eye because of all the features they came packed with as well as the 4K resolution. I have been a fan of LG for some time now and I think their products are great. I originally purchased the 55UB9500 but eventually decided that the 65UB9500 was more what I wanted. I have no complaints. This TV is amazing.

Initially difficult to set up , but all in : great sound and 4k streaming from netflix etc . Beautiful TV !

I was really hoping to be blown away from my previous HD tv. But this has fallen short of expectations. Tv Stand is ugly and you need a full stand that is near 60" to house it, wished it just had a center support. For dark movies, you don't see much, a lot of grey and spotty pixels. This TV doesn't do 240 Hz even in their manual it says nothing about 240 Hz, might be false advertising here. Watching live TV is also pixelated and I am really disappointed in quality and clarity of this TV. I've only had Sony, took a chance and now regretting it.

I compared the same size TV's in HD and UHD, and up close (12") you can see a difference, but at normal viewing distance I could hardly tell them apart. I bought a 65" 3D TV (HD) for $1089.00, and the picture is absolutely Amazing. Considering the two and a half times cost for this (lowest cost, same size UHD), I just couldn't justify it! And then they say these TV's are 'future proof', but they only offer a one year warranty just baffles me! My experience with Flat panel TV's tells me they won't last long enough to worry about the future, and I'm not paying nearly $3000.00 for what I consider a disposable product. My old Tube style TV's regularly lasted an average of 20 years, the most I've gotten from a flat panel is FIVE, with some only making it for TWO years before repair or replacement. I have Five flat panel TV's, and Three Flat panel monitors. Only two are the originals I bought since 2009 when I moved in this house. Maybe these new ones are going to have better longevity, but I'm definitely not going to be the guinea pig in this expensive experiment.

The 4k upscaled picture and Xbox games look great.

Great image and loved the product every minute that I had the product. The only reason why I don't have the produce is because of my son cracking the screen near the center area of it. It was a sad, sad day when it happened.

This is third case in a week. One is mine, one was placed at local hhgreg, one was at best buy. they both were damaged, store seller told that it has been internal screen damage while shipping ( only on lg this model at two stores locally). Well we bought, brought at home. test it. perfect. Mount person mount it on wall. When I turn it on again. AWEEEEEE.... internal broken screen.... seriously.. these tvs has some serious problem. Please do not buy this expensive peace of @*** . thanks God I have taken professional mount person services else this damage might cost us 2700.... Please do not buy this product. Anyway we buy samsung curved 4k 3d instead..

We had nothing but problems with this TV. From day one, several times a day the entire screen would change to magenta when switching channels. Not only that, no matter what settings I would use, I could NEVER get the picture to look good. I called Geek Squad and they said it may be the mother board that has gone bad. They wanted to know if we wanted the TV fixed or exchanged for another brand. NO BRAINER. We returned it and got another brand
