LG is the way to go for excellent TVs. I have a 50 in LG in my bedroom and now got this beautiful 65 inch for the den. Anxious to get some 3D bluray disks so I can start enjoying that feature as well. The sound is excellent...no need to get a sound bar. I absolutely love it!!!

Overall the pic quality of this tv is fantastic! I watch a ton of sports and the size, speed of the picture is as expected. Only issues thus far was with the remote control which LG as the mouse stopped working so LG is sending me a new one.

Excellent picture clarity,brightness and and stability. Energy Star rated. There is not any distortion of motion. The sound is good and advances to outstanding when supplemented with a Klipch sound bar and subwoofer.

Great picture and easy to navigate. I bought this for my parents to replace their old 32 inch. I am big into home theater at my house and can't see much of a difference between my LG 9500 series and this one. Great TV for the money

Fantastic TV. Excellent, brilliant picture. Sound is crisp and clear at all levels. Design is fantastic and fits in any style of environment. Easy setup and menu options. Smart tv is very simple and quick.

A sound bar resolved the inadequate TV sound. We honestly had planned on a sound bar addition after we hung the TV. But just understand that the sound reality that comes with the TV was just not adequate. That may be a generic reality among this class of TV?

The LG 65UF8500 is a great set with wonderful viewing angles and crisp images. The deal I got from best buy with the added sound bar was great. I didn't need a sound bar but the lg unit included is great.

I'm enjoying it and glad I bought the warranty because a week after I got it lightning hit the house and the tv. The repair and service couldn't have better

This TV was exactly what I wanted and at a great price. I originally was looking at a sony version for 1 thousand dollars more but after reading reviews I decided to try this TV and am very glad I did. Wall mounting was quick and easy and looks great.

The TV works wonderfully and using it to search the internet works well. I put videos on a thumb drive and watch them on the TV as well. The Geek Squad installed the TV and set it all up and they did a great job. I am totally pleased.

Great price for the TV, sound is less than average. At it's loudest it sounds like it's on a medium low. No, the speakers are not bust. We added a Samsung sound bar to give us better quality sound. Graphics are amazing in HD. Easy setup.

The set does everything plus some but the setup was very un-user friendly and it did not come with a users manual other then that I give it a 4.8 rating and I had excellent results from my last TV which was also an LG.

Good tv if viewed from straight on, off angle viewing isn't great. Lots of light bloom from the edge array during dark scenes. Blacks not as dark as plasma. 4K flicker during fast action and soap opera effect needs lots of adjustment to avoid.

We were a little nervous about spending that kid do of money on a television but it has proved to be an amazing decision. Geek Squad set up was flawless as well!

I've had this TV for about a month with no complaints. Set up was easy and didn't take long to get it all dialed in. Buy it!

We have been looking for a new tv and when this one came on sale at Best Buy we researched it and read the reviews and gave it a try. It's everything it says it is and our grandkids love watching movies in 3D.

Picture quality is amazing and above par speakers. Cloudiness in dark scenes is the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I also have a compatibility issue between CEC devices preventing the ARC channel from working consistently but that seems to be a standard issue between many manufacturers.

I finally replaced my 27" flat screen with this product and it is definitely an improvement. I didn't have the budget for OLED, so this was a viable alternative. Set up was easy and the speakers sound great.
