Awesome TV!!! Until your son shoots it with an airsoft gun......Less than a month old and LG said sorry for your loss.

Great service at all the Best Buy shops that I visited before purchasing my LG Tvs. I love the quality of the tvs and loved my shopping experience.

We originally bought a Sony XBR65X900C from another retailer but returned it because it was very disappointing. Picture from antenna channels was poor and the promoted so-called "android" operating system was limited to apps Sony recommends and runs poorly. We felt almost cheated by this as they try to say it is a true android OS. We already own 2 other LG tvs (one other is a 60" 4k model) and have been very happy with them previously, so decided to try this tv, which we spotted in the Best Buy, Sunrise, Florida store while discussing the Sony shortcomings with the assistant there who is the Sony specialist. This assistant (Aaron) was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. This tv is very similar spec to the Sony (4k, 3D etc.) except that LG don't try to fool people into thinking they are getting a tv with a true android capability. LG Web OS is not Android, but it still works perfectly well and comes with a web browser, which amazingly the Sony did not, although I believe that Opera is one of the limited range of apps that can be loaded. That said, this tv blows the Sony out of the water. The picture via antenna is so much better (we don't have cable or satellite, just antenna and streaming). The sound is better, the 3D is fabulous (and it is even great at turning 2D into 3D!!!!) and the "magic remote" is sensational!!!!!...I want one of these remotes for EVERY tv in future. I find myself mostly just using voice commands to control the tv.. even though it sometimes can be a little sarcastic when replying to my stupid questions...It even has a sense of humor.....I love it... :-) I would thoroughly recommend both this tv, and the Best Buy store, for the great service we received there.

This TV is great in higher light. Once in low light however the screen starts to look a bit washed out. One other downside is the TV won't stayed connected via wifi.

This is a GREAT TV. I have not pursued all of the options yet but will in the very near future. I will report my experiences as I go. But, those options that I have viewed were excellent.

This is a great 4K IPS display, especially considering the built in WebOS menu and native 3D. The best part of the 3D is that only passive glasses are needed to view the content. The motion smoothing could be better but is sufficient in most cases. The "magic" remote can be oversensitive at times but work well once you get used to it. This display nearly rivals OLED when it comes to deep blacks and color saturation.

So many new things to learn, but still lovin it. I stream movie , watch Neatflex, check my e-mails.

It took me a while to determine which TV I was going to purchase and where from. I when back and forth, from one store to another. I even was in Best Buy a few time before I my a decision. Never the less, my choice was Best Buy for a 65 and 55 inch TV.

tv was great, sound bar great- geek service could not be canceled ahead of time--bby didn't know how? bby could not refund my credit card amount--system would not let it? had to make a claim to amex to have it removed----this was recommended by bby.

I bought this LG Big TV for my home and 100% satisfied with the video/audio quality. NanoSpectrum/Harman Kardon is just great!!!

This TV is gorgeous. It is very slim and looks great on any TV stand or wall. The resolution is great and the app store is super simple to use. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

The smart hub does not have many applications when compared to Samsung or Vizio. Picture quality out of the box is not great. Recalibration is required, after which the image is very good.

Great purchase very pleased so glad we bought this , was in the store twice looking at it and made the decision to buy it and I just love it would definitely recommend it

This TV has a GREAT picture and very user friendly. To get the full value of this great TV you may wish to consider Direct TV since they are moving towards 4K broadcasts.

I used to be a Samsung guy...not any more. LG just raised the bar!

Beyond excited about this TV. It is absolutely perfect in every way. We replaced our 60" LG tv from a few years ago with this 2015 65" TV from LG. Best decision ever.

The tv is excellent, and the image impressive. Everything looks very real. This is somewhat bothersome when watching a movie, because movies look like soap operas. It is a matter of getting used to. I think all 4K tv are the same.

Great everything, specially the webOS 2 operating system in conjunction with the motion detection remote control.

Great TV no issues with the 3d like other brands reviews. Only problem is it was $100 cheaper two weeks later.
