Went thought 3 4k tvs before getting this one. I still think cable tv isn't were it needs to be to watch tv in 4k. Sports channels still blur and the bigger the 4k tv the bigger youre gonna see a blur across the screen overall ol

I am very pleased with this tv. The picture and features are very good. I rather it come with more 3D glasses than 2 but that's standard for most 3D tv purchases.

Nice TV. Price was ok. The Best Buy in house charge account was horrible. Took over two hours to open account and they still don't have in correct. Would recommend the TV but not the charge account.

This TV has gorgeous images in the store but because most media isn't in 4K you don't have the same crisp images that you do in the store

I purchased this tv because I had an older lg that stopped working. When I went into my local best buy store the man who greeted me was very friendly and just as excited as I was to know I qualified for credit. I knew I wanted another lg and with his help made this decision. Great experience!

Wish images were more crisp especially during very dark scenes.

The sound on LG tvs is above average, but you still need a sound bar. The screen is mediocre. The back light is not evenly distributed across the screen, which would have been fine. The magic mouse remote is cool, but don't count on being able to use it because you will have to buy a roku and use it's remote. Do not buy LG tvs because you like the mouse or the software. LG no longer supports the "smart" software for the TV. It will not upgrade the software to work with the latest apps like hulu. It hopes to kill the environment and fill the landfills with perfectly good screens when it deliberately stops supporting the software. Do not support this criminal behavior.

I wish the remote had a few more buttons and was back lit. Also the stand for this TV has a slight angle that bothered me at first but I guess I got used to it because I don't even notice it anymore. I did a lot of research and I am still glad I choose this set, very nice TV!!!

I bought this TV twice from Best Buy before having to return it for good, eventually buying a Vizio that I am very happy with. The problem was ghosting in all four corners, particularly in the top left. It was so bad that when watching movies with black bars for widescreen mode, the blacks would be nearly gray. Fortunately Best Buy has a good return policy and helped with this situation. My guess is that LG possibly may have had a bad batch of screens but either way, I'll likely not buy an LG anytime soon.

I purchased my TV as an open box item in really good shape and really, I have no complaints it's been great, the image quality is incredible. I love it and would definitely recommend it.
