I went in for a small tv for the spare room the old one was not working well it was still under warranty ( almost ) the manager returned it for me and I put the $ towards a new one the sales person showed me all the options and also showed me some larger models this one was a great deal so t moved the tvs around and moved a older not so big one to the spare room and this one goes in the living room we all love it. Thank you Best Buy for everything

Just what we were looking for, excellent picture and easy to use.

Although I had a discount due to a separate customer issue, how can you beat a deal like this? An LG 65" LED with 2160p Smart 4K Ultra TV under $1000? That's a price that sounds too good to be true. The quality looks amazing, which I saw on display at the Best Buy store. Haven't set up the TV yet, but if it's anything like what I saw in store, it's top notch.

We love our tv! It's huge and the quality of the picture is great!

Solid display but found it a little hard to integrate with the Harmony remote, lack of dedicated input selection and direct access to apps is the worst. Since there is no netflix "button" I can't make one on the remote, so I can't make one for Alexa. The plain remote also isn't very friendly and you can't upgrade later to their smart remote - apparently.

I read all the reviews, from professional reviews to the average Joe, and I thought it would be the best price for the money. It's the best $799 I've spent in a while. Great picture and options. Sound is good for a normal room, but I got a sound bar since it was in the family room. Trying to convince the wife we need another one for the workout room!

I wanted to get my dad a 65" 4k for sub $900 and this fit the bill. His 1080p LED projection TV finally failed after a decade. Follow the unboxing instructions and it is easy to install the stand and get the TV upright and going. Set up does take some time, as it is not just turn on and go. 3 HDMI's were enough. Good TV and good picture quality.

So far so good! We've had this tv up for almost 2 weeks now and I'm really enjoying it. Great picture and sound coming from tv. My husband was determined to mount the tv the night we brought it home which meant I had to help. We mounted it over the fireplace and it was a bit heavy in my opinion so it was hard but I did it without dropping it!

We were looking for a smart TV to make it easier to view our online shows. This is it!!! Great picture quality and sound. everyone in our family can now find the Amazon and Netflix shows easily. My husband loves the instant weather channel that came with it too. The remote is probably my favorite part for making this tv so simple to use.

I paid 799.99 and it's a lot of tv for that price. I love the picture quality. All the hd channels look crystal clear. The web os is a nice touch to it. I recommend this tv to every body.
