65ef9500 was a good tv, but it was a floor demo that had some serious burn in. It definately sat too long on static images at the store, LG was no help in getting it resolved, so I returned it and got a new in box 65eg9600. I just have to remember to not pause TV for any length of time. The picture is great. So far so good on the new set

Picture quality is excellent but after normal usage of only 1 year 3 months the panel broke. A constant horizontal line started to appear on the screen. LG won't cover it since it was out of manufacture warranty of 1 year. It is terrible for a $3500 TV to break in 1 year and 3 months. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I loved my plasma tv until it finally wore out. I really didn't realize how much I was missing until I got my LG 65" OLED home and started using it. It is so easy to navigate. I love its functions. Now, I'm looking to replace all the tvs at my house with LG OLEDs.

Waiting on football Season to really Enjoy this Television

I had a plasma previously, so I wanted something as close to that experience as possible. The only issues so far are imperfect 3D (a bit out of focus at times), and I can't get sound from the optical out. But these may be solvable over time with some tinkering. Also, I HATE the soap opera effect, so I immediately turned off "Tru Motion".

great product, wonderful picture, remote could be better

Right away I notice it has slow hook up to network connection even with good wifi signal. I couldn't use it for until the next day because it took that long to update and wouldn't let you use it until this happened. Now I notice when watching Netflix sometimes super clear screen really good picture and then it'll all of a sudden go blury and everything on screen is that way ? Not sure why it's doing that. Remote ok but could be more user friendly. Also don't expect this tv to fit any normal wall mount or stand mount has crazy pattern for bolt up dumb you have to buy a special plate just to bolt this tv up or do like I did machine a plate of aluminum and use that for an adaptor to fit my mount where my plasma was mounted.

Awesome picture even when you are watching non 4k.

Although a $5,000.00 value purchased for$2,199.00 it was found that the screen was burned in from being a display model that in store was powered down by cutting the breakers at the end of each day. Due to this the TV never had the required 10-15 minutes to wipe the screen at the end of each day. As such images were repeatedly burned into the screen. This problem may have been multiplied by the possibility that the display got stuck on the screen due to a software glitch for minutes or hours at a time. However, the store has agreed to replace the screen at their cost under the store warrantee essentially making this a new TV. The expense to the store $3,500.00 for the new screen plus labor and shipping. So definitely a 100% for service and zero percent for display model an average of 3/5. I expect this will change to 100% when it's all said and done.

1st week we had it our smart remote stopped working. The 2nd week the tv quit working. Would turn on nothing.

My Panasonic plasma died so I wanted to replace it with something comparable since they do not make plasma's any more. My first purchase was a Sony but the light bleed was horrible somI exchanged it for the 65" OLED. After a couple of weeks, I noticed that the picture was very strange in dark scenes, almost as if the picture could not yet to the right black. Noticed this when viewing through Cable and Apple TV. after waiting almost a month for a replacement of the main board, they replaced the TV like for like. I am still noticing the issue....thinking about exchanging for the newer model, B6, but the price difference is way too much for me to justify. Haven't seen many complaints about this...maybe I need to have Best Buy step up and have the TV calibrated..

4k picture quality on this OLED display is amazing. But what makes the TV fantastic is its upscaling -- even 720 content is absolutely stunning. And the WebOS works really well. Simply the best TV ever.

The team that came to my home to do the install where absolutely the best. Very professional, very informative, answer all the question that were asked and were just the best I have ever experienced.

This tv is beautiful but the bracket for mounting doesn't allow for flexibility. Luckily the installer worked with me so the tv is mounted in a place that I like. He told me LG makes better mounting options which explains why this was such a good price.

When you find the sweet spot of bright enough without compromising black levels (which is what you are buying this TV for) this TV will amaze in almost any video format...but finding that point is very difficult. However, overly dark corners (this is problem with all LG OLEDs so far and no panel is immune), sub par video processing (upscaling), poor representation of multiple light sources and poor response times for gaming make this TV not quite ready for Prime time. 3D is AMAZING on this TV, your blu-rays and 4k content look amazing...this is a TV for 10 years from now...not quite today and today you want something that will give you a stellar picture on all your media. I'm not returning it. I love it. But its flaws are annoying at this price point none the less.

Quality display and price. Great marketing from Best Buy. I gave it 5 stars because it delivers as advertised. No reservations recommending this product at all!

Can't say enough about the visuals. I did have higher expectations for the sound though. It isn't bad, but just thought it would have a bit more depth.

LG TV has an impressive quality. It provides excellent color accuracy. I also like the design and thickness. Would highly recommend.
