||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually don't like "small screen" TVs since I have projector that projects to a 160" screen and love the immersion that it affords. In fact, I've already returned two other 4K LEDs (one was larger and more expensive than the LG) because they just weren't compelling. OLED changed this for me. I have zero complaints about the color or motion I've had up until this point. Paired with decent sound, I am at least as happy to watch content on the LG as my projector.

I was debating between a high end Sony and OLED but chose the OLED. I'm glad I did. Definitely an upgrade to my 5 year old 1080p led tv. 4K HDR looks far superior to 1080p. The black levels on this tv are rich and deep no blooming or hotspots. It's definitely expensive but you get what you pay for.

I can see why it displaced Plasma as the elite picture. The blacks are excellent right out of the box and watching 4K content is like watching 3D without the glasses. The upconverting ability of this OLED enhances the standard 1080 picture to near 4K, making it well worthwhile for any expectations.
