Beautiful picture if you can afford the pricetag
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best picture of any TV I've seen commercially available. OLED is the way to go if you are looking for the deepest blacks possible, dynamic colors, and super thin form factor.

Very Happy with this TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After much research, review & deliberation, we decided to go with this model. The family room that this TV was placed in has a wall of windows opposite the TV. No more washed out picture, even on a sunny afternoon!

New but awsome
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The color fidelity is excellent. I opted to use Roku to enhance the streaming capability (we do not want cable) but the over the air signals are very good when paired with a decent antenna.

Great picture but has burned images after 11 month
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After being told this problem was covered by the LG 1 year warranty, LG is giving me the run around. Best Buy told me that I didn't purchased more coverage from them so it isn't their problem. Even though they did sell it. Still waiting to here more from LG. Best Buy said their warranty should cover it.

The best picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I have owned my share of TV's, nothing compares to the picture on my new LG OLED 65" flat screen. The blacks are amazing and the picture is the clearest you will ever see.

Hands down the best, no LED/LCD even comes close.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since thanksgiving I've gone through 2 Sony X930Ds and 1 Samsung KS8000. Both the Sony's had bent frames and backlight clouding/screen uniformity problems and the Samsung simply didn't live up to the Sony in picture quality. After getting completely fed up with the Sony TVs having QC problems I decided that I would do one final splurge on an OLED and see if this hyped new tech would take care of everything. And.... It's incredible. The blacks are so unbelievably perfect it's mind boggling. Not only that, regular 1080p content looks better as there is greater contrast so it makes the colors pop more than the Sony (I'm not even comparing the Samsung as it's half the price and not in the same league as this OLED). 4K content looks incredible, and HDR content is out of this world. I would dare to say Marco Polo in dolby vision is the best looking picture I have seen in my life. Bar perhaps a IMAX theatre. Let me break it down in terms of what I love and what I don’t love about this TV. Pros - Incredible black levels, you have to see it to believe it and it makes all the difference in the world in your picture. Makes everything pop more. Don't kid yourself by thinking any LED/LCD can compare as it cannot. I have had the Samsung and the Sony in my house on the same wall at one point in time and they didn't come close. - phenomenal color gamut. The colors (despite not having done an ISF calibration yet) are unbelievably accurate. By that I mean they aren't over saturated, nor are they undersaturated. I do believe there seems to be an excess of green in the image but the average viewer would not notice and a calibration would easily fix this. - Excellent viewing angles, no matter where I sat in my living room the image looked exactly the same as when I sat in the center. I cannot emphasize enough how important this is if you usually have many people watching tv with you. LED/LCD TVs literally cannot compete due to the technology being so vastly different. - The B6 has the exact same panel/picture quality as the E6. I'm not sure if it's the same as the flagship G6 (I have read it is) but I do know in a magnolia home theatre room I saw the B6 and E6 side by side and I couldn't tell the difference. They looked exactly the same. So why spend the extra? OKs (Not an issue but nothing fantastic either) - Input lag, I haven't measured it as I do not have the required gear to do so but after updating it and playing some games on my Xbox One S I didn't seem to notice any more input lag than the Sony. It's not on par with the Samsung and you can actually feel the extra snappiness in the Samsung. But compared to the Sony I couldn't tell the difference. - Image retention (aka burn-in), after using the TV for 2-3 hours straight watching a movie and doing various other tasks such as changing settings etc. I did notice that when I put a clear image/color on the screen I could see very faint outline/halo. Most of it seemed to be from the movie I was watching but while going through normal content I couldn't tell. I ran the clear vision program and it cleared it up no problem. - LG WEB OS, is incredibly snappy and easy to use. The remote is excellent as well. Out of Samsung, Sony and LG the Sony's OS was the easiest to use, the LGs and the Samsungs are the quickest and most responsive. I've had the Sony OS crash on me multiple times but with the LG it feels like I'm using a piece of software that's a lot more polished. Cons - I am unable to have it control my Xbox to turn it off/on when the TV turns off/on. I have the TV HDMI ARC connected to my Denon AVR which works perfectly, but even with the Xbox is connected directly to the TV it's unable to to power it off and on. Perhaps more playing with the settings will solve this but this is the only current issue I am having. - The panel is so thin that you have to be very very careful with installing it. I see a slight curve, not really a bend but almost on one corner of my TV and I fear that because the panel is so thin even the slightest bit of mishandling can put it out of shape. I do not think the way my friend and I handled the TV was rough in anyway so I do not understand where it came from, unless it came from the manufacturer like that. Although I cannot tell unless I look very carefully and it definitely doesn't affect the viewing experience. But I never understood the fascination with super thin tv's so, in my opinion I think they should make the panels a little thicker but more durable. If the cost of this TV is within your reach I would honestly say don't even blink an eye. I kept telling myself that OLED wasn't for me because I could get an LED/LCD just as good for $1000 less but I was wrong. I had the extra $1000 to spend but I was avoiding it. In the case of this OLED, just spend the extra because you'll regret it if you don't.

Unmatched beauty

Great TV BUT HAD SOUND AND PICTURE ISSUES.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV is great. Picture is good sound was good. The geek squad did a great job setting everything up. I was a bit surprised that after 25 days the TV went on sale for $500 less than I paid and I couldn't get a credit for that.
