OLED screen is beautiful, the Geek Squad set it up quickly and explained well, would highly recommend if you have the money and its on sale.

Tv has been wonderful and so glad with my purchase, cant wait to get more 4k content to really test this thing out.

Previously owned several Samsung TV's but had problems with the last two including the 75" LED. With blow up washers and phones catching on fire, decided to buy a different brand. The LG picture is great, particularly in store. The LG is a 65" and I regret not buying either a 70" or 75" LG rather than the 65". It does make a difference with the size! Set up easily and internet connectivity is better than Samsung. Biggest difference is this TV is far more expensive than some competitive size and I can't tell that much difference in picture quality as I can in price.

Bought this off the floor as a geek squad certified return. I was told only issue was that screws were missing for the stand. Set it up an discovered burn in on the screen. LG would not provide parts to fix and was finally told to buy a different tv with my purchase price going towards another. I would have to make up difference in price. Tim the store manager made things right and got me a new tv, I’d give him 5 stars for service, he’s awesome! The review is one star for the product.

Basically, this very expensive TV was the worst purchase i have ever made. In just over one year, green components started showing thru the screen. I called LG for support and they said unless i originally bought warranty, they would not do anything about it as one year has gone by. This company advertised this TV as a new revolutionary breakthrough. It was not. Very disappointed in TV. Even more disappointed in LG company. I will never buy LG again.

Expensive tv but was on a good sale. Beautiful picture.

Love the new OLED tv. superior picture and the 65" is a movie theatre in the living room.

Simply put amazing even makes sd look good I could never see myself owning another tv

Only issue is occasionally when changing to the cable box indeed to do some troubleshooting to get cable signal to show on TV. The built in apps are extremely fast at loading.9

Read all the reviews and determined this tv was the one for us when it went on sale.

I don't watch much TV and it still managed to get a burn that imprinted a picture in the background of everything I watched.
