Awesome picture quality and definitely worth the price. Only con is the sound quality as sometimes it tends to sound funny when I use some of the apps. In those cases, I have to exit the app, open a different app and then reopen the original app

I LOVE this TV! The picture clarity is better than anything I have ever seen! The “Perfect Black” is just that - PERFECT! I would buy this TV over and over again if I could!

Originally wanted a 55” TV. After discussing with sales staff decided 65” was best for my room. Glad I made that choice.

So easy to set up and great picture. We chse this model after 1 hour of comparable tv's in store. Our neighbor bought tjis model and impressed us enough to upgrade our tv.

The picture is so vivid and true to life you feel like you are right there in the picture yourself! Unbelievable resolution!

This television is flat out amazing! Picture quality is insane and a 4K movie and/or sport on this thing is almost flawless. Expensive but well worth it up to this point!

OLED tech is very nice. Was deciding between this and Samsung QLED set --- BB sales rep told me that QLED is not really new tech and just something samsung came up with.

Work Great very clear, Internet can take a bit to connect and the price is high but worth the money if you’re looking for something that is clear and in 4K

I purchased my lg pled during the Black Friday sale. It has been such an awesome home viewing experience. I would recommend this tv to anyone. Picture is so beautiful.

Beautiful picture but given all the options you truly have to read the manual. Still trying to figure out the remote - not happy with the requirement to use the ‘magic mike’ feature you have to give approval to third-parties, that do not have strong encryption or privacy tools, from collecting my data

Great picture quality. Easy to get started and program. The remote is a pain to use I guess I’m going to have to read instructions on how to maneuver through the options

We read a lot of reviews before choosing this television. The picture and sound are amazing. We purchased the LG sound bar with it and are very happy with both products.

I read many reviews before purchasing this TV along with the LG SJ9 sound bar. It has been extremely frustrating. The audio of the sound bar does not sync well with the TV. The sound has to be re-synced for almost every channel. The remote is very slow in issuing commands. Although the picture quality is good I don't see a significant improvement over the Sony I was considering that was $600 less. Reading recent comments the sync problem seems to be one that LG is aware of but has yet to solve. At this point I am seriously considering returning both.

We have owned this LG OLED TV now for over a month and highly recommend it. However, please note that information help from LG in terms of setting it up is not only often factually incorrect but minimal. We ended up asking one of the top tech people at Best Buy to assist in settings on the television and in setting up and downloaded needed firmware and software updates, which are required in order to use the TV's full Dolby Atmos capabilities. Notwithstanding these glitches we yet highly recommend this LG model and are very satisfied. A sounder or other external audio accessory is also highly recommended.
