Stunning picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The colors are breathtaking when viewing HDR content. And the remote has both Netflix and Amazon Video dedicated buttons (Netflix and Amazon have lots of 4K HDR content), so you don't have to mess with an Apple TV or Chromecast or Amazon Fire stick or Roku or Xbox for that content if you don't want to. I do have all of the aforementioned and they work fine, but having those two apps built into the tv remote is the pinnacle of convenience.

Outstanding picture, annoying remote, @ 1 month
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture is unrivaled; deepest blacks, excellent color right out of the box with little adjustment. No comment on sound; I use an AV system. I used Geeks to set it up; it is a two-person task and the Geeks made short work of getting it operational. I am good with electronics, but this TV is super sophisticated, and the Geek saved me time and trouble. (Pay attention and ask questions so you can make adjustments later.) The remote is really dedicated so it will be added to your set unless you have a $300 general. It is annoying because it works like an air-mouse; you point it at the screen and move it around. It is nervous and not easy to get what you want. The app list is extensive.

Awesome TV, but I need stuff that's 4K quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My last TV died right on Black Friday weekend. Always wanted to get an OLED TV whenever I saw it on display so this became my excuse to buy one. After debating and reading multiple reviews, finally took the bullet and decided to put money down for this TV. It looks awesome! Unfortunately I don't have anything that's 4k so I'm going to have to start getting things that provide 4k quality video. Hope this TV lasts 10 years like the last one!

The absolute best there is
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned many televisions since the boom of the flat screen from the finest plasma, then LCD, on to LED, 3D, and even a flagship 4k. Nothing even comes close to the picture this set produces. The blacks are the total absence of light, the colors are stunningly brilliant. The LG B7 OLED is the best I’ve not only owned but seen. It’s drool worthy and I have yet to find a flaw. If your looking for the best stop here because you found it.

Sharpest picture on any TV EVER
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 65" LG OLED was the highest rated and best performing on many ratings for large TVs. We went to see it in he showroom, and it lived up to its reputation. In the home it was even better. Picture was sharp (mind-blowingly sharp), bright, and no noticeable ghost images with movement. It's the best TV I've ever seen to view from ANY angle. There are many 65" models out there, but side by side, the cheap models are like watching the old black and white TVs in comparison. This TV lives up to its reputation. We added a SONOS soundbar (mounted above the TV- much better than below the TV, it spreads the sound more evenly throughout the room). It's also smarter than any TV I've ever owned, and it's easy to navigate. Two other recommendations: #1, The Geek Squad does a magnificent job, have them install it (the screen is thin, and too easily damaged by average people), #2, use the mount that pulls the TV away from the wall, it makes it much easier to connect new wires in the future.

Unbelievable LG Television
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up requires going online to the LG website as the documentation Included is useless. That is the only drawback to this television, I went to Best Buy to purchase a $1700.00 Samsung, once I saw this TV on display and talked with the very knowledgeable sales representative I had no issue spending the extra money. You get what you pay for and with this TV you get a TON! The picture is remarkable, the settings allow for a multitude of tweaks. The sound set up is simplistic and sounds great running through my Onkyo amp and Bose acoustimass 7.1 set up. The refresh rate provides a perfectly smooth picture with no blur. I highly recommend this TV if you intend to purchase a 65 or 75 inch LED LCD. The streaming function works great and it does have Vudu in the preprogrammed selections along with every other app you could or would want.

The next technology OLED was worth the wait!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been working for the cable industry for 15 years and I own my own business mounting TVs, so I have seen every TV out there. I attend CES in Vegas every year and when I first saw the OLED technology I told myself that when it came time to replace my Pioneer Kuro Plasma (the best plasma ever made) that OLED would be my next purchase. Boy was it worth the wait!!! The picture quality and color reproduction from the lights to the darks is incredible. The reproduction of the full spectrum of colors is natural and wide ranging. The darks are really dark (the Kuro was a hard act to follow) and the other colors are amazing and jump right off of the screen. The screen is super thin (I don't really understand the full benefit because the power supply and other technology built into the bottom half still make the TV the same thickness as others on the bottom). The almost non-existent bezel gives the TV an amazing look on the wall and maximizes screen size to overall size. Pros: AMAZING color reproduction across the entire range of colors Many inputs to choose from Super thin bezel maximizes screen use The next great TV technology after plasma is here Cons Motion remote (think Wii controller) is clunky to use and unnecessary Digital noise reduction and other "smoothing" effects are on automatically and unnecessary. This is true of ALL TVs lately, not just this one. Overall if you are looking to try and future-proof yourself with your next TV purchase, this is the way to do it. OLED is the next TV technology, and this one is worth the money.

Great picture sharpness
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unbelievable picture quality with the darkest black and colors that pop out of the screen. Even non UHD programming looks great when compared to a regular HD tv.

Great picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Moved my LG 4K tv to the den to make room for this LG OLED tv. The picture quality is amazing and the thin screen looks great over the fireplace. The remote is an improvement over the previous tv remote. I’ve had the tv for two weeks now and so far very happy with it. Also the price was significantly lower than the newer model and I believe the only changes are some new options that I didn’t need.

Expensive but great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought the 65" LG OLED TV mainly because of reviews I read on many websites and because of the picture in the store. It literally draws you to the TV. We got as good a deal as, I believe, was possible. We also got a free LG sound bar which is terrific. Be aware that the video they use at the store is made to show the best pictures and colors available. Most TV shows will not be that dramatic. If you buy one of these, look for reruns of CSI: Miami. That show has really dramatic colors! Love this TV!!

Great tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv is stunning! Originally bought open box but was missing screws returned to bestbuy without incident. Menus are user friendly, many YouTube videos to setup for best pic quality etc. Moving from high end plasma to this tv has been a huge upgrade. Uhd content on YouTube and amazon video really set it off! If u got the dough I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase. Oh and it’s incredibly slick and thin!

Beautiful clear picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The color and clarity are far beyond a regular LED TV. My wife frequently walks into the room and says "wow". Last night she commented "Have you Ever seen a baseball game so clearly". The sharpness of the picture makes it seem as if you are see it in person. The remote is easy to use . Up scaling of regular non 4K DVDs is great too. We were able to get a good price match from Best Buy.

Fabulous picture, easy setup, many options
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best picture I’ve ever experienced. I own Sony and Panasonic plasma sets which have always been superior to the led/lcd pictures except for maximum brightness capability. This OLED beats them all in my bright room setting with tremendous blacks, bright whites, and fantastic range of color and detail in shadows and bright areas. So far no suggestion of burn-in or image retention.

Fabulous picture quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV is great, fabulous quality of picture and very easy to set up. The only think I don't really like, it is the fact that the screw to hang the tv on the wall are too low and this doesn't fit with my old tv bracket. Great product much cheaper that the samsung or sony for a better quality of picture.

The most amazing picture and unbelievably thin!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has to be the best picture with th blackest blacks, the most vibrant colors, and the thinnest screen that I’ve ever seen. After researching the attributes of this product, seeing it in action sealed the deal. It was all true. Having been an owner of a Pioneer Elite Plasma screen for years, I now wonder why we waited so long to upgrade to this OLED 4K screen. Amazing!

Can't believe the difference with this TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about the difference that OLED would make in our television viewing experience but it really is noticeably better in a number of ways--especially for those who typically do not sit in the sweet spot facing the TV on a straight line. This is one upgrade that was totally worth it!

Excellent TV but not as stark outside the store
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased the TV as an open box on Black Friday. Originally we were concerned, but the discount for open box combined with a Black Friday discount made the offer too tempting. Our only complaint with Best Buy is that the is that the open box did not include screws for the TV stand. This was not indicated in the Best Buy store's evaluation before placing the box on the floor for sale. After a call and a second visit to the store we were given a best guess at what the screws should be with a suggestion on what size to buy if those provided didn't work. During the sales process the staff was very helpful so this was disappointing Regarding the TV itself, so far everything has held together. The picture is superb. The sound quality for the internal speakers is great. The remote takes some getting used to, but the smart TV features work well. We intended to mount the TV but this design does not lend itself to the mounts carried in Best Buy stores. The size is fantastic even though we do not intend to use 4k at this time. Best Buy only offered 4K tv's if you are looking for 50" and up. In the store the OLED is clearly a step above the other pictures. Noticeably so. After a couple months of TV viewing at home; however, the upgrade is not as stark as in the store.

Best TV you can buy except for.....
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV picture is stunning the best you can get. I believe Sony and LG TVs use the same LG panel. The main differences are the processors and a better processor means a better picture. But with OLED you have to be careful because I have burn in. This comes from playing nba 2k. The color scheme for 2K was white with red accents and all the red accents have burned into the TV after only a year of use. This could have been avoided by settings sleep timers but consider this a lesson learned. I will be buying another one.

Best pic I've seen from all the OLED's
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from a 9 year old Panasonic Plasma which was still working but clearly getting long in the tooth. I Received LG a couple of weeks ago and so far have been totally satisfied and thrilled with the performance. Watching with DirecTV and new 4K Apple TV both take full advantage of TV's capabilities. Watched a lot of the Masters in 4K HDR, but even the standard network picture was awesome. Setup was easy and connection to my Yamaha RX-A670 receiver took 5 minutes. I ordered the LG Slim mount recommended for this set and it looks great. Many of the other TV's I considered were more expensive, but hey included a lot of features I don't need (like improved audio built into the TV). Everything I have read indicated the changes made in the 2018 models weren't significant enough to warrant the much higher prices. My last advice is not to wait too long to pull the trigger if your're considering the plunge as availability of these models is getting limited.
