Sales personnel at local store were very knowledgeable and helpful, even in the aftermath of Black Friday. We are learning all the features of our new toy and enjoying it very much.

Purchased this higher priced OLED TV two years ago. Had the best picture of any of my recent LCD and LED TVs. Most recently, green burn in has appeared in the middle of the screen. After reading other owners complaints on the LG support page it seems to be a common issue with this TV. At the time spending an extra $1000 to get the OLED seemed great until this issue that makes watching anything unbearable.

The tv display is unparalleled to other TVs in my house. I like the LG OS, and the 4k UHD has to be seen on this tv. Go see it in display and know it's a worthwhile upgrade!

We have two of these TVs and love them both, each with different speakers and lighting conditions. The color depth is almost like 3D without the hassles. Tremendous technology!

Did I say WOW!!! Unbelivable. Trust me, don't skimp and get a $500-$1000 TV. Do what I did and spend a little more, it's worth it if you plan on keeping the TV for 7-10 years.

I am a hardcore movie watcher and short of building an actual home theatre, this TV will do me just fine. I’ve only had it for just over a week but I’m in love.

I can't be happier with the TV performance, looks, quality. I had one for 2 years and bought another one for black Friday. You can't beat the quality at that price.

Got my tv during Black Friday week at a great price. Graphics are awsome and smooth. Colors are vivid and amazing. I really like the remote and main menu setup.

I own the LG EF 9500 OLED which is still an amazing TV. This one is brighter and the processing is better. I only wish they had kept the 3D capability.

I had settled on an OLED television, and purchasing in a store that unfortunately is closing because of a lease issue was a no-brainer. It was a great buy!

If i has to choose between this TV or my girlfriend, she already knows I’d choose the TV. That’s why she doesn’t try to get between this item and i.

This tv has not worked right since it was set up. Tech is coming out next week to see what is the matter and see if he can fix it. TV was installed on 7 October and when I called the Geek squad the best they can do for service is 25 October. As far as I am concern is not good serive

In the 1960s my Dad said he would not buy a color TV until they perfected one. Well Dad, they finally did.

TV is awesome. Remote takes some getting used to. I feel like I have to press many more buttons to do the same things I used to do with older TV.

So far so good. Pretty happy with it considering the other options available. Saved some money on this stove and used the savings on other upgrades!

The guys on the install to the guy at the store was fantastic. Install guys nice and friendly answered all our questions, quick and cleaned up.

Really love the resolution on the TV. The blacks are true blacks. The TV smart hub is great too. The remote makes everything easy to function.
