Burn in after 2 years of use.

Contacted LG support and they verified the burn in but repair is not covered since its past the 1 year warranty. No more OLEDs for me.

Good Tv;s but no follow through from Best Buy.

When the men got here they did not have the proper wire and other needs. They had not been informed by the advisor who came earlier to check my situation out. I never got a thorough explanation of the machines. I had to furnish an extension cord for a $2500.00 Tv. and I worry about the wiring being proper. I called no return call.

I came back from the store and found the Geek Squad guy inside my house, looking around and the TV box seating in the living. Then he asked me where I wanted the TV hung. I cancelled the installation right there and the guy charged us no matter what. We had to go to the store again to claim a refund for the cancelled service. Bad.
