I have owned this OLED TV for some time now and absolutely love it. The picture is stunning and the menu system is fast and responsive. I am a big time gamer and in all this time have not seen any burn in appearing on the screen. As long as you are responsible with your electronics, do not abuse them, burn in is not a problem.

Super thin sleek design. I love that the back is white as I hate dusting electronics and white doesn't show as bad. But most importantly, the picture quality is beyond amazing- especially when playing a 4k DVD. It almost appears 3D as if you are in the picture. Very happy with the purchase and it was almost 500.00 less than the same model at Costco

OLED technology is years beyond LED competitors or even the best plasmas. This has a picture quality that blows anything else I have seen off the map and I am very picky. The motion resolution is great, and the HDR outdoes what you see on other sets. If you are spending more than $2000 on a TV and it’s not this one then you made a mistake.

The picture is nothing less than breath taking. Most of the tv is impossibly thin. Only bottom 20% of the tv has any bulk. They had to put it somewhere! The only place this television falls short is it’s menus. And a quirk. I turn on Xbox,Cable or Apple TV, and it realizes it has a signal and will power on. But it doesn’t go automatically to the input. It defaults to the last used input. Also it hates my cox communications. Hey so do I. These quirks aren’t enough to worry about. If you want the quality image and easy to mount tv look no further!

Would recommend this tv to anyone I know. Once you play a few 4K video games or movies, you will find it hard to go back to LED or anything else. The blacks are so amazing that I mistakenly thought my tv was off at one point when it was a black scene! Highly recommended. OLED TV's are a world of a difference. Yes, more than QLED.

LG seems to be the best TV around. Clarity is outstanding. Has a lot of features. Brilliant color. Background image is much clearer and you can see greater detail. Fits the room in a variety of ways. Brings a picture into your room as if you are in a movie theater. It also mounts easily on the wall. A great investment in my enjoyment!

I love this set as much as I did the day it arrived. Great delivery and setup service, and the picture is fantastic. The OLED produces the best contrast I've ever seen. Images look 3-D because of the 4k resolution and contrast. You could sit three feet from this set and still not see pixels. Not a bad word to say about the set.

Beautiful picture slim design easy install & set up

This was to replace a UHD television I just bought in 2015 from a different brand. The TV I was replacing had a defect the company would not fix. I did lot of homework and went with LG. The OLED screen is jaw dropping and watching 4k HRD Blu Rays on this screen is breathtaking. This purchase exceeds my expectations.

Easily the best tv I have ever owned. The picture is so clear and we find ourselves noticing details we have never seen before, even on shows we have seen dozens of times. The colors are rich and the pure blacks are a game changer. Paired with the lg sound bar, the experience is better than going to the movies.

This is the best picture I have ever seen on a TV! You will be blown away with the dynamic range of colors and especially the true deep blacks. This thing is super thin and runs cool. It also seems to resist static build up which is great! This keeps the screen clear of dust that my previous TV's would collect daily.

I have been watching OLED technology for years and waiting for the quality to be acceptable considering how much they cost. Also knowing in time prices would drop. The clarity of the picture is spectacular. The clarity does make low grade films and tv production look horribly under-produced. This should help raise the bar and force production companies to step up their game going forward. The sound from the built in speakers is not ideal for movie nights, or any type of programming that have decent sound effects. We have an audio receiver with surround sound so the built in speakers were not an issue. Since we planned on using our receiver I checked out the audio features for the TV. The surround sound quality from this TV through the same receiver is an improvement from our 2007 Panasonic Plasma. We are extremely happy with this TV.

This is a fantastic TV. The picture is unreal. It’s so bright, vivid, and crisp. Watching tv on our other lcd seems like a chore now. It’s also super light and was very easy to mount on the wall. It seemlessly hooked up to our surround sound, PS3, harmony remote, and google Home. Love everything about this tv

I recently picked up this TV from BB when they had it on clearance. I've been wanting an OLED but felt they were a bit too expensive and was going to wait. After experiencing the fantastic picture quality I'm glad I didn't. I have a couple of other LG Super UHD TV's with great picture quality as well but OLED is in another league. Vivid colors and deep blacks are it's claim to fame. I must admit I'm a bit paranoid about burn in and other issues since OLED is a relatively new retail offering compared to LCD/LED but so far so good. I don't use this TV for gaming or as a computer monitor so burn in should't be an issue with normal watching. While the B7 is in short supply at this point anyone in the market for a new TV should definitely give the OLED's a look. You won't be disappointed.

I love this TV. This picture is amazing. The blacks are so dark you may think the tv turned off. The colors are vibrant and doesn’t get washed out by other light sources reflections. For example sun, lamps, and overhead lights. I can’t imagine watching tv or movies on anything other than this LG OLED.

I waited until Black Friday and it was worth the wait. Despite the long lines and the total company wide meltdown of Best Buy's computer network it was worth the extra savings. I was able to negotiate the use of additional coupons for the "extra hassle". I didn't mind, I thought the chaos was interesting. It was the only item I bought but it took 2 hours and 3 attempts to finally get my TV rung up because the register was spitting out receipts from other registers. The management was glad that I was a cool customer. I actually found all this entertaining since I had nothing better to do. As far as the OLED. It is a great set. Pricey, but there are a ton of features that make it awesome. I paid over 4 grand for a Mitsubishi DLP set back in 04. I had a bad experience with that set. They built it with substandard capacitors that caused many problems. Eventually I was able to get them to recap the entire chasis. Anyway it still cost me $ and headaches. I am only 1 week in with the LG OLED so I will keep you advised. So far so good.

This TV is the best out there for picture and sound. We had bought a comparable size and feature filled Samsung, but it had real bad pixelation, that made some shows hard to watch because it was so distracting. We had called Samsung and they kept saying it was probably something that I had changed in the settings. I had them completely walk me through the best adjustments to fix the problem. Nothing that they did, made it even a little bit better. They said they wanted to send someone out, but it would be 3 weeks. With that being said, I took the Samsung back to where we bought it, and then went to Best Buy and bought the LG 65" OLED, it was the best decision I have ever made. I could sit there and watch the amazing picture 24 hours a day... Watching PGA golf is just like being there.

Look for a few months and read a lot of reviews, This tv stood out and Best buy was running a free installation and sound bar. I have had the tv now for about a month and love it great picture easy remote controls currently running netflix and amazon plus outside antenna, Clear bright picture.

This is the best tv I have ever had.The picture quality is amazing it is easy to work with.We have hade only one problem the voice and the picture are not coordinated.I went to B.B. and was told it might be my cable company and was shown what I could do to make it better and it did help
