We were looking for a TV and sound bar that would work well with a lofted ceiling. This really fit the bill.

Problems with the soundbar stops working at times when you watch on demand audio doesn't sink up with mouths

More than I wanted to spend on a TV but Best Buy was great with my trade in and helping me find the best TV.

Daytime viewing is annoying with orange peel screen. No one mentioned this in reviews.If you have sunlight hitting your tv ,think twice about buying it.I'll have to see in store if all of them are like this. Sound not great but can live with.Football games will not be great with this view.

When background lighted objects are showing up on screen,you can see orange peel screen. Looks like a very cheap tv at that point. Don't recommend it to anyone who has a lot of sunlight,but looks great when no lighted objects showing.

As good as spected. Magnificent colors and no frame!!. Kind od difficult to hang on the wall

very nice tv but almost no one broadcasts in 40k tho bot a 4k dvd and movie looked very nice

Love this tv. It’s exactly what we wanted. Great packing and the screen is amazing.

I like this tv, the only I thing I didn’t like was the white backing on the tv.

Great TV but sometime the dark scenes are too dark cause of the real black.

Picture is excellent but quality sucks. Worked for 10 days and quit. Thank goodness I purchased from Best Buy and they are replacing the defective unit. I’ll revisit when the new one comes.

This TV cost $3,600 and after a few months experienced vertical banding. I call LG and they sent out a technician who told me that they would replace the panel but that often the panel replacement could make the image worse. He told me the game setting should not be used for the Xbox One as it is actually not a good setting for video games and can damage the TV. The technician then called me with a followup asking if I wanted to replace the panel. I said "You told me that replacing the panel could make it worse, what do you recommend?" He refused to answer and repeatedly said it was my decision. After four times going around in circles I told him that he was supposed to be the expert, I am not trained to make decisions as to whether a panel needs to be replaced and he hung up on me. I called LG customer support and spoke to their team and their executive account managers and none of them could care less.

TV blinks off and on along with the voice. Called for Geek squad to come out and look at it. Ten day wait. Exchange the TV and now have to wait 8 days for Geeks to deliver and set up. Not a fan of the Geek Squad time frame

I paid a premium price and expected a premium quality television. But I could not use the digital optical jack as it was defective. I guess that I expected better from a company like LG.
