We had an issue with the first dryer it made a squeaking noise while running. We called Best Buy and they offered to replace the dryer -within 2 days we had a new dryer and the second one works great! Thanks Best Buy for your great customer service!

No agitator, large capacity, multiple wash options, less water, all great

Large capacity. I like the different selection of drying modes to choose from and I like the steam feature.

I've owned this dryer for approximately five weeks and could not be more satisfied with my purchase; my clothes come out looking great. I am astonished at all of the features this dryer has; i.e., speed dry, steam drying, wrinkle care, custom programming, easy iron, reduce static, damp dry signal, etc. This dryer is so quite that I sometimes forget that it is on.

Dries well, pleasant chiming when finished. Love the options it has, although probably won't use most of them - but good to have just in case! Entertaining for cats too with the window!

Great machines. Best Buy lied and said units qualified for rebate which was declined by SMUD. Dirty ploy to sell us that pair. Still a good washer and dryer. Shame on Best Buy.

I didn't expect to need a steam dryer, it is great for freshening up pillows , cushions and anything you probably can't really put in the washer. It has many drying options so you can feel secure that the temperatures won't shrink your clothes, also drys very quickly. I have been using mine for a month now and I'm so glad I picked this dryer.

Excellent machine. Huge capacity, and dries everything so well on "speed dry" that I haven't had the need to use anything else so far. I haven't tried the steam function yet.

So far this machine has been a huge improvement over my front loader. It has a very large capacity and it very user friendly. I would highly recommend it. The only problem is the steam refresher soaks the clothes.

I love this dryer. It is the best one I have ever bought. I am really impressed with the feature that senses when laundry is dry and will shut off instead of still running.

This dryer has a lot of settings, but I usually set it manually. I haven't tried the steamer yet. Although I wish I had tried it when I was hanging curtains.

It has a high capacity and steam option is available. Overall good for complete dry.

Got this to match the washer. Its got all the bells and whistles we wanted. W e haven't used all the features yet. The steam is great for wrinkles.

I love my products. Easy to operate. I was not sure if I would be able to learn how to operate a touch screen but I'm very comfortable with my products.

So far I could not be happier. Quiet and dries quickly. What more can I say.

Just replaced our "antique" dryer with the LG and we love it. It's got all the "bells & whistles" yet easy to operate. What more can we ask for?

The washing machine is amazing. The clothes come out very clean and almost dry because the spinning cycle is great. Super easy to use!
