Works perfectly, love the different options. Great buy.

I almost didn't purchase this dryer. I work in the health care industry and with the help of the Best Buy salesperson I was convinced to purchase this dryer for all of its benefits. The dryer has many options that make my life easier and I love the steam option.

I love the capacity of this dryer. You pick the type of clothes you need dried and it sets the amount of time it would take to get that load dried. Has a distinct tone when clothes are done drying. I have noticed on a few loads that clothes are still moist after cycle is complete. Lent was taken out prior to drying. Other than that no issues so far.

I love this dryer. The controls take a little education but are great once you catch on.

Our previous dryer decided to stop drying our clothes, and the amount of effort to fix the dryer made our decision to buy a new one. We are very happy with this purchase. Please be sure to have proper high efficiency electrical outlet in your home prior to installation. We weren't aware of this during our purchase process, and the delivery team won't hook up your dryer without the high efficiency outlet (Voids warranty). The steam feature is, so-so, not exactly what I hoped when I thought we wouldn't need an iron and ironing board anymore. Perhaps a few more try's will prove better results, but the steam feature doesn't work as well as I had originally hoped. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase.

We looked at several stores and several models. The LG and Best Buy were clear winners.

I've learned that drying almost everything on delicate cycle helps reduce wrinkles and wear and tear on the clothes. Both it and the matching washer are very quiet. However, the buzzer to indicate they are finished is extremely low and not nearly obnoxious enough. i have to set a timer in the other part of the house to know when they're done.

Once I figured out the different cycles, drying is now a snap. I tried comforters, blankets, towels, jeans, etc. All came out great in very little time.

Easy to install and operate. I really love the number of options for drying...even shoes on that awesome "cart"! My family loves the fact that we have doubled the capacity and cut the drying time in half from our older unit that got replaced.

I love this dryer. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.
