Takes a lot of clothes, towels, bedding,etc. I know I will be able to wash rugs in this machine. I am happy to have my top loader back. Hated the front loader.

I really didn't need a dryer when I went into BB, but they offered the best price & superior customer service of 4 places we checked prior to parting with our hard earned cash--but we wound up getting the dryer to have the matching set & boy oh boy am I glad that I did; this thing does a much better & faster job of drying the clothes, love that steam option & really like that it isn't hooked up to the back of the dryer but rather in the top that I fill only when I chose to use it. The little jingle it plays when clothes are dry always makes me smile & the lint trap is large & easy to clean--really well made machine, highly recommend to anyone wanting cleaner clothes & a happy jingle.

This dryer purchase represented a major upgrade for our family as our previous dryer was 12 years old. Already we are very pleased with this dryer. The many options and steam function allow us to customize the drying experience and the large size means we don't have to worry about not fitting all of the wet clothes in the dryer or them not getting dry. Also, it is a lot more energy efficient than our previous dryer was which I expected but not to this level. My electric provider provides an app where I can see my kilowatt hour usage on the previous day and while I can tell those hours where the dryer was running it is using about a third, if not more, less energy than the old dryer which is a big improvement in my mind.

The dryer usually dries a normal load of clothes within 40 minutes. the clothes come out fully dry without any dampness. So far, we are very satisfied with it.

When I first used it, it had a strange burning smell, but now it's fine. Easy to use and many functions available.

I love the size of this dryer It dries way faster than my other dryer! I love the steam option for sanitizing my medical scrubs. Good dryer!

I am excited to report that this machine does all it has been reported to do. It is HUGE and has cut my laundry time in half. It is also very pretty. I did find that the manual is not as helpful as going online and researching things. Other than that I am very happy with this purchase.

Its a great dryer. This does many things I don't really understand. I'm a simple guy wet clothes go in dry clothes come out. The center knob when lit up makes me think of Iron Man
