Love the way it dries and all the different setting it has for the clothes. All my guest love the look

Had the dryer two weeks. It is already squeaking after it gets hot. A high pitched rubbing type of squeak. Makes me wonder about durability. Huge capacity. Best feature is being able to change which side the door hinges are on. Had to change ours from right side to left. Easy enough to do, but should have two people to do it. One to hold door other to screw the hinges in or out. Easy to use controls. Lots of options. Low temp works very well. Doesn't shrink clothes like our old dryer did. Use time dry for Sportswear cycle if you are drying two or three polyester wicking type sports items. (Tee shirt, compression shorts & shorts.) The dampness sensor will stop the machine after only a few minutes and the clothes will sit there damp. Lint screen seems very durable & easy to clean. Chime to signal end of cycle isn't loud enough. Gas jet is pretty loud. Old dryer it was silent, but this is very noticeable when it is firing. Doesn't really get out the wrinkles in cotton clothes put in by the matching washer. It's a good dryer, but not great.

Bought this for our home as a Christmas gift. My wife loves it. It drys so much faster than our old model. We feel we got a great price during the Holidays and installation was free and quick! They also took out our old Dryer for disposal! Very positive process from online purchase to installation.

I got a great price on this product! Very easy to use, I didn't even really look through the user manual. It's very quiet and it plays a little tune for you when it's done!

I have this dryer for a couple of months now. It has a huge capacity and large variety of drying modes to choose from. It dries everything quickly and efficiently. I recommend this machine.

Yes this dryer is more costly than a lot of other models, but it's totally rad. You can fit practically your entire household into one load and have some space left over. It plays you a tune when it's done with your load and you can do anything you've ever imagined possible with this guy. Buy it!!!!!!

After the Samsung customer service told us a enjoying sqeaking noise was normal I had Best buy come take my matching Samsung and replace it with a close looking LG. Works quietly and has 14 cyles that one day I will figure out. I like that you can just add a little water for steam then hooking up a spliter that will end up leaking over the years. To bad a bad customer experience lead me a away from Samsung but in the end this dryer is a better fit for my family.

This has been a great dryer over the past year and a half of use. The steam/sanitize feature is nice to sanitize items that can't be washed easily.

First dryer I have had with a steam option. I had a tablecloth that was folded in a cabinet for over a year. I put it in the dryer and selected the steam refresh cycle. It came out better than if I had pressed it with an iron. The large capacity makes washing bedding a breeze.

Outstanding washer for the price. Love the large capacity. Clothes wash with very little water. Unfortunately, on the Coldwash cycle, it takes 1:07 per load. This is very slow, but i appreciate the energy efficiency. No complaints otherwise. Only had it a month thus far. Lightyears better than my frontloading Kenmore made by Electrolux.

The washer and dryer are great. I would not purchase another large appliance at Best Buy. They came to my house and could not install the dryer so they installed the washer. They took my braided hoses and by installing the washer first made it 100% more difficult to install the dryer. The installers suggestion was to call a plumber or something? NEVER AGAIN!

I must have a lemon. After reading all the great reviews, I am even more disappointed in this dryer. My dryer of less than one month does not dry towels, sheets or comforters no matter what setting I put it on. I tried "towels", "heavy duty" and manual time setting. On the first two settings, I watched the time drop from 40-50min to 3 min and the contents were still wet. This happens frequently with sheets, leaving the inside very damp. The sensor turns off the cycle before the contents are dry. I don't know what is wrong with the manual time setting.

Bought this dryer not even 2 years ago and it already has been repaired 2 times. I called the company itself and they do not stand behind their products. I will never buy LG appliances ever again.
