My old dryer was over 20 years old, so this new dryer is very different to use. The digital functionality is easy and efficient, and my clothes come out much better and less wrinkled.

This product get 5 stars. However, the install process was SO messed up that it costs it two. There was some confusion about the initial install. The gas shutoff valve was not installed in time, so they delivered the dryer and then promised to come back to complete the install later. Plumber came, installed the valve. Called Best Buy to get the re-install scheduled. Yes, we're coming. Oh, we forgot. Yes, we're coming. Oh, we forgot. Yes, we're coming. Oh, we forgot. Yes, we're coming. Oh, we forgot again. Yes, we're coming. Never mind, please take the product back. Ok, we're coming. Now that you're hear, you can either finish the install or take it back, what's it going to be? Ok, we'll finish the install. Worst install experience of my entire life. The product is fine. Best Buy is not. No more installs from them again, ever.

We love our new dryer and It even plays a cute little tune when the cycle ends. I love all of the drying options and find my clothes are perfectly dried and not shrunk.

I'm really happy so far with this dryer. Large capacity and diverse modes, temperatures and time formats to choose from.

They have been working great since I washed them! They are up to date and not as bulky as the other new washer/dryers there is now!

We bought this machine based on reviews available at Consumer Reports, and this ended up being a very good decision. The machine is solidly constructed with all metal parts, and it appears to work very reliably. We've tried all of the different cycles and options available--most of which we probably will not use, but they are nice to have. We're very happy with the purchase and hope this one will last a good long time in our house.

Very nice dryer, but may do more than I need most of the time. Very quiet compared to my last dryer and I do not have to close the door to watch TV

The dryer has met or exceeded every attribute the best buy salesman described. And it is quiet.

The proof will be in its longevity. This dryer replaces a Whirlpool dryer that I bought at a garage sale 32 years ago which was probably a 1970 vintage + or - a year. The Whirlpool needed some maintenace, but, it lasted a long time and I did not spend much money fixing it myself. The LG SteamDryer has a good reputation and I will be happy if I get 20 to 25 years out of it and it does not cost me a lot to maintain it.

Our old dryer went out and we began our search for a new one. This dryer (LG Steam Dryer) was on sale and priced within our budget. We've had it for a month now and it's fantastic. It's quiet and it dries the clothes much faster than I expected. There are so many options on the dryer which is nice to have. The delivery was quick and I have no complaints at all. I'm a happy customer and will purchase from Best Buy again.

So many different dryers all in one package. Have used the steam fresh to get out wrinkles, Sanitize on things that I was not sure could be washed. I really like the sensor dry feature as well. Delivery and installation was done within a couple of days and at the time promised.
