Takes clothes forever to dry & sometimes have to add & extra 30 min

We really like this dryer so far. It is a lot quieter than our last dryer, and has a lot of options to best dry our clothes. I am slowly figuring out all the options to best handle our drying needs.

Had to dry small load of laundry 3 times to be dry

Love, love love this dryer! Not crazy about the timer alarm, it's not loud enough. Makes it hard to remove laundry before it gets wrinkled. However I have adapted and truly do love it!

I've had the LG dryer in operation for a month now and have had no issues. It took a bit to understand it's preprogrammed cycles and in general we don't use the energy saving cycle so that the clothes dry faster, but overall works great and clothes look, feel and smell great after drying.

This is a good dryer. My only compliant is the sensor dry isn't that great. I will put in freshly washed towels and put it on dry for the normal dryer cyclet at very dry point and it will sing it's little song after 25 minutes like they are done and they are still completely soaked

Dries the close well with plenty of setting choices. Also has more dry settings you can use through the app. Overall very pleased with this purchase. When the load is finished it has a nice done tune. Even though it has 3 volume levels, I do wish that you cold make it louder.

Having not replaced our dryer for 16 years, we didn't realize what a difference a new dryer would make. We're very impressed with how quickly it dries our clothes.

I bought the matching washer 6 months before buying the dryer. I love the washer, and so far have been very pleased with the dryer. Lots of drying options.

i do love the dryer. however, the heat sensors which gage the level of dryness misreads the load. so I am forced to use time dry. that's not such a bad thing and it is easy for me to do. but why offer a another choice if it doesn't work properly.

Does a great job, perfect pair with the washer. Excellent value for the price.

This is such a great dryer. The only flaw I see though is that when drying a heavy blanket, as it rolls up the outside drys but the inside is still wet no matter how many times you run it. I guess it senses the outside is dry and turns off.

LG washer and dryer are excellent. Auburn, CA. Best Buy sales person was great and the delivery team was great. Best Buy scored a ten with us.

Bought our very first set of a washer and dryer. LG seems to be a good product. Sometimes the clothes gets twisted together, so you have to separate them when you put them in the dryer. Overall, a good set. Not excellent, but good.

Just awesome. I have the washer as well, I would warn that you have to be aware of when the clothes finish that they are 90% dry.

I absolutely love my washer and dryer and the personnel that installed them were very knowledgeable and professional.

This dryer is horrible. Constant alert saying filter is clogged-it never has been clogged once. Then dryer shuts itself off due to this error message. I would return if it wasn’t such a hassle. I thought I was upgrading from my dryer I paid way less for than this one. Nope! The thing sucks basically.

We had purchased the previous model of the washer, so we decided to get a 'matching' dryer. Do exactly that, works great
