Took my clothes to wash at a laundromat then brought them home to dry and after setting up the settings I wanted to use the power turn off and never came back on. I had the dryer for less than a week. Would not recommend.

Has tons of features. It doesn't shrink our clothes. Dries everything perfectly. I love that I can turn on and off the energy efficient mode. You will be extremely happy if you buy this machine. Get it at Best Buy and get it delivered for easy install! We love ours!

Once we got it home and hooked it up, the very first use didn't dry the clothes. We thought maybe there was a blockage in the vent so we had someone come out and look; nothing. We thought maybe we didn't hook the vent up right in the back so we pulled it back out to double check everything; everything looked good. It didn't matter what we were drying; clothes, blankets, towels. It never dried the clothes all the way. We always had to do a timed dry. I complained to a couple family members and friend about the dryer and one of my family members actually had the same dryer and said they had the same problem, and my friends had family that had the same issue with their dryer as well. The only reason I gave it two stars is because Best Buy was really good about exchanging it for a new one without any hassle. But I would definitely avoid this dryer. It isn't worth it.
