This dryer is great for smaller spaces but it still drys a large load! The WiFi feature is useles unless maybe the dryer is in the basement or far away. Maybe then the notification on your phone could be useful.

Great features for the price. Beat out competition by $50

Had to get a Gas Drier once we found out the new home wasn't setup for electric. Could not have made a better choice. Love how quickly items are dried and the different functions to set up for different items.

We bought this dryer and the matching washer to replace 10 year old set we had. We did a lot of research and went to 3 stores. The BBY pacific sales rep was awesome! this was his recommendation and we went with it...no regrets!

Looks so slick! Just used it twice and very user friendly.

It is different than me old dryer which just blasted heat until it was done. Seems to tumble without heat in beginning, clothes come out nice. Nice to have a drum light again and it plays a jaunty tune when it’s done.

Has been working great since I've got it. The only issue is how the top-open door doesn't open entirely down but I think this is on purpose for last minute throw-in's. All in an all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Very quiet and smooth operating very happy so far.

Overall the dryer performs as advertised. We bought the matching washer 6 months earlier. The sensor is a little annoying, shutting the cycle off when things are not quite dry. Overall no complaints

Been a couple weeks now and what an improvement over our last dryer which lasted only 4 years and did not really get the job done. Now it is on and we do not hear it even with the big bulky load

Our dryer was delivered on July 4. It worked when installer turned it on that day. Since then it can not be turned on. Broken. Unusable. We called LG on July 13, they sent link to instruct how to re-set. Didn’t work. Technician from Apple Home Appliance Service came on July 18, he said it needs new control board. July 25, technician called back to say part is on back order. We called LG on July 28, they said they needed to talk to Service Center but it was weekend. They said they’d call on July 30. They never called or emailed. We called LG once again on July 31, spoke with ‘Vlad’. He told us we actually need 2 parts! One part would be available on August 17 and did not know status of other part. At this point we said we want a NEW dryer. Vlad said to send copy of receipt of purchase, which we immediately did by pdf. He said it would take 4-5 days to process. On August 3 we called LG once AGAIN, speaking to ‘Mary’. We wanted to confirm LG had received the receipt, as we had not heard from them. She confirmed LG had received receipt of dryer purchase, which was at their request. Mary of LG confirmed they had received but it had not been processed. Mary said she would know by August 6 if our request or demand for a new dryer would be handled. As usual, we heard nothing from LG by phone or email as promised. Once AGAIN, we call LG on August 7 to ask about update on replacement dryer. We speak with ‘Eric’. Eric said no update on part needed for broken brand-new dryer installed on July 4, in case you’ve forgotten! We asked about request for REPLACEMENT dryer. Eric said he would have to re-submit. You have got to be kidding!? Once again we call LG and speak with ‘Irvin’ on August 9 to find out status and expressing our extreme dissatisfaction. Irvin said we would receive a phone call or email “within the day”. We confirmed that he had correct email address. We have heard NOT one word. We will never EVER buy from Best Buy again. This has been a true nightmare. The only bright spot in this horribly long tale is our sales associate at Best Buy who we bought these appliances from was and is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful and was a pleasure to do business with. It is not his fault that we bought LG and that it was a piece of junk.

Simple ,user friendly,very good working. Also Bestbuy perfectly organized installation.Everything was on time as promised.Because of this high quality service I also bought washer immediately.

the washer has really met our expectations. Just moving we have really put it to the test with numerous loads. the only negative would be is that it is a little noisy but that is nitpicking

So far so good! I needed a new dryer because my old one died and I chose a LG since I have a LG washer. The features took a little while to understand as my old dryer was over 15 years old, but I have the hang of it now. I really like the setting options and the ability to customize.

Never had a electric dryer wasn’t sure if I would like it or not but overall it isn’t to bad. Seems to take a little longer drying then my gas one though

Great dryer but, reversing the door is a bit taxing and not for beginners, way too many things to flip and reposition for the door to operate correctly, on the other hand, the functionality of this door is way cooler than many others, top or side loading was the determining factor for the purchase.

Dries clothes quickly and efficiently. Holds a large load. Love the interior light that comes on when the load is dry as well as the 2-way door. The lint filter is also very easy to clean.

For the past 13 years I owned a front loader washer and dryer—& loved them. But when I saw this LG—I loved the look & I knew the brand had good reviews—I wasn’t disappointed with my decision
