Pretty much just should have gone w Samsung washer and drier.

Washer doesn’t give enough water per loads. Just got to add more water. Pricing is good .

We bought this as a set and it doesn't dry as fast as my old whirlpool. I've tried different settings and just doesn't seem to dry all the way. I have to restart it to get the clothes fully dry.

bought this brand new dryer 5 weeks ago..already doesn't work...paid for the 5yr service plan...what a pain in the rear end it was to get an appointment to have someone come out and fix it....12 days from day I called...should call it the 5yr slow service plan

No manual override for some drying options. I just want something easy where I can choose the temperature and time MYSELF; this dryer sets these things automatically depending upon the category of item that I choose from the menu. I want to do the choosing of how I want things to be dried - not have the machine choose everything with no way to override.

Not happy as only two years in the heating element went out.

Turns off and says it’s dry but clothes are still damp.

Nice to look at,smooth and quiet and works flawlessly. Two way door feature is clever and handy. Installation was easy and makes pleasant chiming noises when recieving settings and when it has finished the drying cycles. Lint filter is easy to find and clean. Easy to level for best operation a important step if you want the best performance. Included operation manual and set up instructions were easy to understand as well as helpful. Would buy again. . We bought the matching washer and they get along beautifully. Best Buy delivery was first class and Stephen and his helper could not have been more professional in the way they handled the delivery. Well done from start to finish.

I was very excited about thius set. I love the washer but the dryer has been replaced and it still doesnt dry clothes. The one in the store actually opened both wats and we found out that the one we purchased does not. Pretty upsetting

While the dryer door is a plus the drying time for the dryer to actually dry is too long. I have only used Gas dryers and this is first electric dryer I've had. I would prefer to,go back to gas if I had the choice.

Purchased on recommendation. Washes ok but could not keep it repaired. Broke down twice and finally had to replace. Not recommended

I thought it would make my drying easier but the sensor is too sensitive it takes for ever to dry my wash not happy

I never thought I could love a dryer so much. This machine is absolutely incredible. It dries any load you throw in with what seems like little to no effort. The capacity is HUGE which is so convenient for comforters. The lint screen is easy to empty. And probably my most favorite is the de-wrinkle feature. If I throw a wrinkled shirt or pair of jeans in this machine for 5 or 10 minutes then they come out wrinkle free and ready to go. I love this! Such a time saver when you're in a rush. And it has a neat safety feature reminding you to clean out your vent every so often. Highly recommend this machine!

We have now learned the quirks of this dryer and can recommend it without reservation. Turning off the Energy Saver makes all the difference in the world for the clothes to dry quickly and efficiently. I realize we aren’t using the energy saver feature, but it actually takes about 20 minuets longer to be energy efficient so I’m fine with that trade off. When drying bedding, definitely use the bedding cycle. It makes the air flow indicator less sensitive and dries everything completely. We are still happy with our Geek Squad protection and would definitely recommend this dryer to a friend.

Giant capacity dryer with many settings to protect your clothes from getting fried. These "eco" settings can sometimes leave your clothes the slightest bit damp, so do a little experimenting to find out what works for you. Probably an outlying case, but the first unit of this model I received had a strange, loud buzzing sound whenever it was in operation. It didn't seem to have an effect on the functioning of the dryer, but it gave me worries about future durability. Best Buy went above and beyond to try to fix the dryer and then finally replace it months later when the dryer was back in stock. Very satisfied by that outcome, as frustrating as it was to deal with.

It’s been 5 years and still working well. These LG Dryers & even Washers are worth the money. No issues so far.

Great HE dryer, simply controls with a smartphone app! We had to exchange the first one Best Buy delivered as it arrived severely damaged. Best Buy jumped in took ownership and expedited the exchange. We had a new one delivered in under 48 hours.

This dryer works fine. Love that the door opens down AND also outward. I use that feature both ways. This replaced a 25 year old Kenmore. Have had about 2 weeks and it has more features than the old one.
